I Think it's going to be very simple. It's going to look a lot like the second half of 2022. it's going to be the rich and the rest. There's going to be a group of people that are wondering what to do and there's going to be the great agents that are out there gobbling up market share, putting most of their concentration not on the Arbitrage of buyers through all the portals or their occasional referrals for buyers, but instead who is going to be the most listing dominant agent in your Marketplace If I was going to place a bet, it would be.
the ones that are going to win are going to be focused on having 70 to 75 percent of all of their business come from listings sold in 2023.
