More is not necessarily better when it comes to stocks. You don’t need to have a massive watchlist.
Actually, sometimes focusing on just a few stocks is a better approach. Personally, I don’t care if I trade the same ticker 500 days in a row. If I can locate a good setup and a pattern that constantly repeats, I’m not gonna mess with a good thing!
Here’s what I’m watching today…
Since bitcoin (BTC) is still strong, Bit Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: BTBT) is my top watch for the day.
I like BTBT more than other crypto stocks because it managed to squeeze a week ago when bitcoin was dead. The continued squeeze tells me that shorts are trapped. As of the premarket, I’ll be watching for breaks of $19...
A follower asked if NanoVibronix Inc. (NASDAQ: NAOV) is still holding up. I appreciate the optimism … But if you ask me, if it was gonna squeeze, it would have done it on Friday. But it didn’t, so I don’t have high hopes for today.
Yeehaw! Golden Nugget Online Gaming Inc. (NASDAQ: GNOG) has a cool name, but it’s not such a cool trade. It’s a buyout — so I wouldn’t consider it a top play. Though in the age of WallStreetBets you never know...
Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) is a former runner — and it’s heavily shorted. There have been like six short-seller hit pieces on this stock since December.

I tend to lean toward sketchy, low-priced stocks in the morning. MicroStrategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) is higher priced at around $750 per share. It might not be a top watch for me, but it is a nice multi-month breakout.
Just understand that moving stocks like this is sort of like Sisyphus pushing a rock up a hill. A lot needs to happen to create momentum...

Will Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD) gap up? Ever since this stock went vertical post-IPO, I’ve been watching.
I’ve also been saying that traders should treat it as a penny stock. I highly suggest using the rule of 10 when looking at HOOD. I’ll be looking at whole-dollar half-dollar levels today…
