I like going long myself, but i want to be ablw to spot both types set ups and not be biased one way or another, just want to trade what the chart is telling me to trade.
Tim, id love a video or a pod cast answering why in penny stock world you have traders who are real biased one way or another.
Futures and forex seems like mainly just trading the price action that's based on market sentiment, not necessarily being biased one way or another.
However I can understand why one would be long biased in penny stock world. I guess why short sellers are so biased.
How can you spot a "short play" like CRIS so we don't fall for it? I shorted but cut my loss before the bell, because it wasn't selling off. This was yesterday.
Took 4 small losses on $RCON dip buy. Shouldn't have forced the trade here since it wasn't really my set up especially after the first 2 trades. XBIO made some nice higher lows
Love the rants every lesson helps. You have 15 years more experience then me. Everything you teach is important I needed to hear the Bus stop analogy today because I made a lot of mistakes yesterday
Shorting low price, low float stocks is possible, a stock at least over $2/share, look for a multiday runner way up, over extended way above EMA4, look for first g/r day where it fails to dip and bounce then maybe ride it short back down. Also check the ticker history to see how it reacts to multiday runs. Most OTCs are going to be garbage that always fails so shorting can work.
listen to you every day, on time or later on the day. studying the pattern, can't wait to be part of the team. implementing some techniques, but I can't do day trading yet.
Love the rants!! 👏👏👍👍. Always appreciative of your insight! Can’t imagine having your knowledge and then watching these newbies blow up over and over. Like watching Charlie Brown line up to kick the football and knowing what will happen next!
I've never shorted a stock in my life but what about when you're Boxing a trade to catch the backside of the move? I'm not saying hold the short but would it not make sense when you're riding the trade up it breaks trend you box cut the long and if it breaks HOD your out or when the short breaks trend to long your out of the short?? I probably don't know what i'm talking about as i've never done it but that would be my only idea on shorting. I just don't see why you would borrow so many shares to short and pay the fees and then get stopped out when you could just go long.
Thanks for doing these
🤣🤣🤣🤣I am pretty sure is not the ipad stand….its your cofee🤣🤣🤣
2020 question, shorting is for learning ….thats it, because you learn a lesson every time🤣🤣🤣.
