With big retailers like J.Crew filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and not seeing much progression with our stimulus update I give my predictions on the situation at hand with Phase 4 of the economic relief package ( Stimulus Check Update).

We are getting hit with different bills such as the Patriot Act and the Heroes act, but none of this speculation matters unless CONGRESS gets back together to start working on these bills.
I appreciate the optimism from economic leaders like Kevin Hassett but we need more concrete answers and we NEED funding focused on the people. With over $2 trillion in relief packages and most of this going towards other essentials other than our struggling American people I believe right NOW is the most CRITICAL time for our congress men and women to get together to propose new ideas. Entering a whole new month of May we will need additional support with rent, mortgage, bills, credit card debt, and food. PLEASE SENATORS STEP UP.

Is going on my beautiful people? I hope you guys all had a great weekend before I get served this video. I just want to say thank you all so so much for the recent support, the kind messages, the emails, the comments on the videos you guys actually put 14 thousand likes on my last video - that's actually crazy. I never thought that would happen, and I just want to say thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You guys are truly truly amazing, so moving forward.

What we're gon na do in today's video is really talk about the current stage of phase 4 with the stimulus package. Now, just today, one of the biggest retailers actually filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy - and this was j.crew they've - actually been around for quite a while, and this is pretty big news because I feel like we are now gon na see a monumental shift with a lot of These bigger companies and corporations starting to file for bankruptcy just because they won't be able to survive during this time now I did a little bit more research trying to figure out why Jake who actually went bankrupt during this time. It's not necessarily just because of this pandemic they've actually been having a lot of issues with debt in the past and a lot of their balance sheets. Just did not look right, so this may be actually a blessing in disguise for a company like that, because if you file for chapter 11, bankruptcy, you're gon na be able to reorganize your debt in a certain manner and doing this allows them to legally.

Let go of certain retail stores, which means it cuts off those expenses, and they can really focus on this new shift of e-commerce, and this is something that a lot of people have to keep in mind everyone out here struggling. But then, when we look at businesses like Amazon, we realize oh, my gosh, like a lot of spen, is going on online and this is pretty much a transition that we've been seeing for the past few years. A lot of other companies that focus mainly on the brick-and-mortar space they were about to have suffered. I think Jake ooh right now, even though on paper it looks pretty bad that they are filing for bankruptcy.

This, in essence, can be a power place, so they can build a new future moving on towards the later days, and it's not just them. I did a bit more research trying to figure out exactly other companies going out. You guys may have heard of Modell sporting goods here, one which is another company, I believe they sell furniture. We have True Religion, which is a jean company that also filed for bankruptcy and then bar Louie.

I saw Bar Louie going out of business like way before this is all happening, but the whole point of these different companies that I'm mentioning is that it's not just Cruise Lines, Airlines and even movie theaters that are going out of business while we start to emerge And while we begin to see the after-effects of people, not spending money and not going out and promoting social distancing, we're gon na start, seeing this we're gon na see a lot of other businesses going out of business. We're gon na see a lot of businesses filing for bankruptcy. Sometimes this is really what it takes for other businesses to move forward and to adapt to new emerging trends. Right now, I'm always gon na say this.
The emerging trends right now is in the digital space. Everything going on online proof after proof we're seeing so much more commerce happening on the online space. People would rather spend money online. It's a lot easier to do that than it is for them to go out and to shop and to deal with lines, especially especially now that we have this pandemic.

So you guys are still with me. You guys are probably wondering so Brian. What's the deal with phase four right now, what's going on with the stimulus - and here is everything you need to know, there was a really good interview done by Kevin Hassett he's basically one of the economic leaders within the White House, and he did an eight-minute interview On Fox 5, and normally I try to diversify my news sources and try to actually get it from the main source, which is the government. But when we're seeing interviews like this, it definitely helps out quite a bit.

It's an eight-minute video, I'm not gon na go through the whole thing. I will have it listed down below in the description if you guys want to listen to it and also check it out, but basically to sum it up Kevin Hassett trying to be way more optimistic about the situation. That is more current. In addition to that, he's really emphasizing the idea of putting things on a pause right now, because the government has been so lenient and improving so many different stimulus bills within the past few weeks, they're trying to move towards the approach where they want to take the Pause to analyze things and to see whether or not we need more funding now.

This is where I'm gon na have to disagree with Kevin Hassett and that's because, although it's good to see where we are it's good to analyze and then to make a move, I believe, with that type of mindset, we're gon na see way more detrimental effects, especially When people need the money right now, but the worst thing about the situation is that, even though people's egos get stuck up on this different congressman, different people running as executive leaders, when this happens, we - the people, are the one to suffer. I did some more research online trying to figure out different countries and seeing how much more stimulus that they were getting compared to the US now, although the u.s. is definitely giving us a lot of stimulus funding there, giving it straight to the people, we've been seeing A lot of this go towards corporations and right now unemployed, Americans people who are watching this video. All we have right now is that $ 1200 stimulus check so far.

A lot of the other support that we've been seeing has been going towards health workers, government's states and small business owners, and although it is good to have that type of emphasis on our frontline workers and our small business owners, I still feel like. There is not enough going towards the regular American people that do not have work right now. The analogy that the leaders within our government seem to like to say is that we are right now trying to build a foundation to a bridge and right now we have very stormy waters. We have this sea, that's getting all chopped up, and our goal right now is to just get over the bridge we're trying to create the bridge get over the sea in order for us to land on the other side safely and from there.
They want to be able to push as much economic growth and funding, so we can grow to where we used to be in January. Now. The issue with that is, if we're so focused on getting over on the other side, just to have that economic growth that we did in January. We can't get to the other side if we don't focus on.

What's going on now and a lot of our governor's when they say we need to put a pause on things. We need to analyze things. We don't want to keep funding the people. If we don't know we, we may not need it or not.

The people need the money. There have been countless amount of surveys online, where it's clear that the $ 1,200 stimulus check is not enough money and if we don't get another round of funding, think about it like this. That means we've had $ 600 to survive off of for two months. So, even if we take it out of the context of how much other countries are actually getting for their citizens, I personally believe that what we've received so far is not enough for the people, the people who still need to pay their bills, the people who still Will have mortgage and rents the people who still have to pay food for their family have to keep the lights on by paying their utility bills.

The $ 1,200 is not gon na be enough for two months, and this is why I predict something: drastic will happen in phase four, so the issue isn't that we're lacking in the idea of different bills. We definitely have a lot of great ideas out here. We have no rent, we have we've had the PPP we've had the e ideal, we've had the ABC, we've had the Patriots, we have the heroes, we have an endless amount of different proposals and bills that can get working right away. A lot of our leaders in the government right now are not trying to enter because they do not want to get sick, which absolutely it blows my mind, because they're trying to do things like the heroes fund and the Patriots Act where this is really trying to Help out our frontline worker Felix pretty funny as well like I, because we've had like different acronym bills.

We've had PPP like cares, Act and like a IDL and then all of a sudden. We have like heroes, Patriots. I feel like low-key whoever's like making these names for these bills, like they were definitely watching Iron Man, three or four like Avengers, or something because I definitely was thinking of iron patriot when they came out to pay. Maybe it's just me, I don't know sorry.
So what I do believe right now is that Congress needs to step it up and they need to do things where it starts. Getting these bills moving. Look I'm not saying you all need to be sitting on each other's lap. You guys can instead of even six feet, you guys can be 20 feet.

Apart, give them a mic double-layer, some n95 masks on there put them all in hazmat, suits and get them in there. We just need to see some progressions with these bills, because every day that goes by where someone is not passing a bill or they're not working on some type of new stimulus funding, this is another day where someone's family is suffering. They don't even have to. You know like even thinking about they don't have to go as far as doing all that they could just set up a zoom call and work out that way like they could still say, socially isolated and still do their job, and that is so important.

Right now and that's why I'm just a little fired up, because I know people are out here struggling and it's it's. I feel like it's congressmen who are not actually living the day to day, just because they're not suffering just because they don't feel the pain of others. It doesn't give them a strong enough incentive to work on these things that matter the most I'm hoping that we do see some progressions further along this week, though, because a lot of people all riled up just as much as I am, and they are very, very Suggestive and encouraging to our leaders in the government that they should be returning back soon for the people. I'm gon na probably say this more than once on this channel.

But right now is the most important time for them to get their act together and to actually do their job this time. Right now is the most critical time we are entering a new month of May, which means a lot of people are gon na. Have more things due credit to do utilities do rent mortgage they're gon na have different things that people need to pay and people are gon na need additional funding unemployment. It's not bad, but a lot of people can't qualify for it and a lot of people run out of that money.

Very, very quick. The cost of living in other states, man, la New York, a countless amount of other states right now, it's very difficult to survive off six hundred dollars. Now, regardless of all these things going on right now, I'm pretty optimistic that they will come out with a new stimulus bill. I have no idea which one it is.

It is pretty interesting to hear how many things they have in store. The payroll cut right now seems to be number one on the list, just because this is the one that Trump just wants to get out. The Patriots at and the heroes Act. It's gon na be very interesting to see those pass, I'm curious to see how that process goes.
Any new information coming out on that. I will let you guys know when it comes to the ABC and the different things that we've talked about on this channel, where you guys can get an additional two thousand dollars a month or like a prepaid debit card and getting money on that. That turns to a thousand dollars a month. All I'm gon na say is that there are a lot of bills that need to be talked about and needs to be worked on no youtuber out here.

That says, I know exactly what Bill is gon na get passed? They're wrong they're lying. No one knows what Bill is actually gon na get passed. The idea right now is that the previous funding that we put into our previous phases for the stimulus package for the cares Act is that we're gon na get more additional funding with phase four so guys. I'm gon na be working hard.

The next few weeks, just trying to give you guys very up-to-date information on everything going on right now, if you guys did enjoy this video, don't forget to smash that like button, let's see if we can hit another 10,000 likes that'll be crazy. I feel in a way all of this makes sense. But in a way I speak for my self that I think its unfair to provide single mother who are working and have children and are given some what less amount of money for assistance. Some single mothers have one or two children some have more and do not get that extra partner assistance. Hope that they would take something like that in to consideration.

A lot of people have said “$1,200 is not enough”. Let’s think about who got only $1,200. $1,200 that’s it. Singles. Many people who live on their own with 1 or 2 incomes. They have full bills, full rent, full health insurance, full phone bills and more. Some lost both of their jobs. While they were working last year, they paid the highest of taxes. They are struggling and the news media often leave them out. Right now they’re being pushed to the side and have a great chance of financial ruin.
