I am SOOO glad that you broadcast this episode Tom! I did not know what to expect at first, because I was trying to figure out why you were interviewing an insurance industry professional, and not someone in real estate. I learned so much when I decided to suspend my doubts and suspicions, and just listen. One key thing that I just learned is to not be so limited. Sales skills transcend industries!
I also learned to decide with POWER! And last, but not least, get, and STAY on the damn phone!
