So hey, Tom here's a quick hack: I used to put people's contact information in my phone and under company. I would put buyer or put seller. Yeah, so then you know you could just go back and hit buyer and then I've got everybody. There's everybody right there.

Yep, so super easy idea. But here's the idea guys. if you're doing an open house, have a goal of at least walking away with two set appointments from that open house. Yeah, okay and what I used to do is I would call them on on Sunday set an appointment to do a buyer presentation or to get with them or take a look at the house Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and then uh, create a client and turn a client into a customer.

show them houses on Thursday Friday Saturday My goal was if they met me that I would get them in contract if they were motivated within two weeks.
