Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

What's up everyone? haha What a day! Alright, this was a wild one. I Started the day with $6.00 Winner! Drop down four grand, got back to break even and then drop down another three grand. So down three grand on the day. A little bit of a setback, losing a day and a half of progress.

basically two thousand dollars the daily goal. So one and a half days down got my work cut out for me. gotta try to finish strong tomorrow. and Monday as we wrap up the month of September and thank goodness because that means October November December January The hottest months of the year are around the corner and I am excited for a moment pick up and we saw it today I Just sort of botched my trade so we'll break it down during the recap and as always questions comments leave them below I'll see you guys first thing tomorrow morning.

Hey Brahm Alright well today is a day where I even disappointed myself today. We had a really a pretty impressive Momentum stock on PRP Oh and I started this classic thing where I initially underestimated it. So I saw I first saw hit the scanner. Let me relaunch this or do the historical date and time.

So I first hated that saw hit the scanner about $2.50 and I kind of was like a PRP oh I I don't know, you know we haven't seen much momentum today. I'm not sure and that was like right here and I was like huh the floats 5.4 million shares I pulled it up but you know I was kind of like it's it's interesting but you know yes so former runner but I don't know I'm not really sure and at this time when it hit it was about 1055. so I was like ah you know I don't usually trade at this time of day I'll probably just sleep alone. Alright so you know First, first issue was underestimated.

Yeah now the problem with that is you know it comes up here to 45 and kind of does nothing for a little bit and so I'm like alright yeah I was probably right in underestimated or you know over in thinking it wasn't worth it and then all of a sudden right here it's back on a scanner as it's hitting - 54 to 58 to 63 and this is where I looked at it I was like man this thing is, this thing is moving isn't it? You know it's it's really taking off. so at that point I I pull up the level - on it and I put up an or I get ready to put an order and I see it's ripping. it's to 80 to 86 I put an order for 3 I'm about to press it, it rips past 3. so I miss my order at 3 and then off it goes to 340 and now it looks like it's about to get halted on a circuit breaker.

The circuit breaker halt I could see coming up at 47 and so I just I I jumped in I kind of fell mode into it I just I was like it looks like he's gonna halt I jumped in at 40 and you know look at that you know instantly it drops back to 307 and I was just like you know I've I've done it again I'll I've let my you know if you're missing out, get to me and and you know I I've been doing this for a long time and I know you guys have seen this from me and you see it in yourself I'm sure from time to time where you know you have those calm, cool collected trades where you're in here and you're selling into the rip and then you have those times where you just kind of like FOMO into it the wrong spot, overcompensate. So anyways I I'm in it here and I'm holding through this whole pull back now I'm kind of like I'm in it and I stopped out right here so there I stopped out and at that point I was down I was down for grant so I took one tray this morning on SO and am I was up six dollars and 79 cents and then I took this trade on PRP Oh and I lost four grand so I was down four thousand dollars and I'm like I walk away I'm I You know this is like lunchtime, you know, whatever. So I walk away for a little bit and I then come back and see it doing this. it's now back up to 319 and I look at it I'm like yeah, this thing if it Flags out here this looks good for a move back up towards the highs right First five-minute candle to make a new high.
So I jump back in it I jumped back in and I made back $4,000 I got myself to break even on the day on it I was actually up about $84 on the day ticket. Victory short-lived a short-lived victory and I I then was like okay, well this thing this is clearly taking off it's moving really fast and I jumped back in right here for the break over for and on this one I don't know what I was thinking I I jump in with 3000 shares I add 6,000 are I add another 3,000 I'm at 6,000 I go 9000 and it looks like it's about to break and I'm seeing green on the time in sales I'm thinking to myself, it's gonna break $4 It's gonna rip up once they start moving like this. you're moving in like half dollars. Your next targets 425 450 So I'm thinking this thing you know 450 potentially So I'm at 9,000 then I got 12,000 then I go 15,000 shares and then all of a sudden I'm like, well you know I'm in this heavy and clearly at 90 there's like a hidden cellar because it is I'm buying but this thing is not breaking it then hits 93 and drops to 72 and I lose three grand like that.

So I went from being you know down for to break even up up $80 hey I'll take it to down 3 grand and I just sat there like just really bummed out and kind of disappointed in myself. and you know hey, at least I threw in the towel where I did I guess I did make back. you know, a thousand bucks off the lows but you know the stock is still up 54% and I'm I'm gonna be one of those guys that's read on it I'm sure I'm not alone I'm sure there's a lot of other people that did something similar to me whether they were in up here in here in here before these drops. Yeah, the thing is, it's what.

The hard thing is that when you've got a nine thousand chair position and you lose 40 cents per share, you know you're down four thousand dollars or whatever it is and then to make back four grand, it's It's pretty uncommon for me to be holding full-size for a 40 50 cent breakout. so you know down here I added back. let's see just a dial in on where I got back in. the high here was nineteen so I added back right here as it broke over 320 on this train.
I made about a thousand dollars and then as it broke over thirty four right here I added twelve thousand shares as it broke thirty four I added more 40 I got myself up to 70 thousand shares so you know on the breakout from 35 up to sixty in order for me to make basically $3,000 I needed a 17,000 share position and 15 cents per share and I wasn't doing the math like that in my head I just I was being aggressive I thought it was gonna rip back through the highs I was right, but it was kind of hard to sell on the ask. I had a big position, it then dropped back down to 33 before then ripping back up so you know it was a little choppy and then I got aggressive here and you know, kind of just watched the trade in general. but you know what all things considered. I'm yes it's a red day.

My max losses on my account currently set at $5,000 so I didn't quite touch that max loss where I'm cut off from trading for the rest of the day and PRP oh you know it had to look and it started to you know, open up I thought it was gonna do more than did and you know I first underestimated it and then I overestimated it and I'm gonna be finishing the day red on it. but Three Grand is you know my daily goals 2,000 a day. So this is giving back about it one and a half days. My daily goal is 2,000 and my daily average is $2,000 I average 2,000 a day.

We have 250 trading days in a year. Last year I did 500 grams so this gave back a day and a half of profit. Certainly years ago and I was getting started. This would have been giving back weeks of profit, but I'm at a point now where it's giving back a day and a half and so I'm not been that shape about it in terms of the loss.

I'm more just disappointed that I screwed up here, made it all back and then screwed up a second time. That's kind of a little embarrassing, but you know it comes with the territory of trading. It's like, you know, trying to be a boxer. never take a hit.

Sometimes you're gonna take a hit and you just gotta bounce back up. So being a successful trader is about bouncing back up. Alright, so that's it for me, you know. Again, a little bit of a read de recap here, but be back at it tomorrow.

Try to finish up the week on a good note and hey, October is around the corner and that means we are coming into the hottest time of the year for my strategy. So I'm really looking forward to that. So I'll see you guys all first thing tomorrow morning. If you're still watching, you must have really enjoyed that video.

Ross, i am sorry to hear that but i feel that i am not the only one doing so after watching this clip… i did the pretty similar approach as i made 1500 and then end up losing way more than what i made and i was so stupid to repeat the same mistakes over and over… my ratio was 3 to 7… 3 times was able to take the small loss where 7 times i did the same mistakes and lost a significant amount from my retirement accounts… it is indeed not easy but there are potential gains no doubt… thanks for sharing…

    Hey Ross!

I have follow your incredible motivation and highly skilled videos for a while. What I have seen is that you now trade a break out in even numbers in the price rather than continues momentum pattern in the price.

Thanks for a really good channel!

You need to look at the daily chart and draw some lines.

I bought $PRPO @ 3.35 and put a profit taking point to 3.75 and left the computer and went home. when I reached my home a opened my platform to see what happened I found that my profit order executed. But I am not that happy because I did not put a stop loss order and if $PRPO went down I would be in your shoes Ross. and from your loss and my other trials I don't enter to a trade that I've profited from or broke even because the moment i do , the stock always whips my ass.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Perfice Te says:

I’m down $980, in my scale it’s quite a lot… :((( Disappointed about myself! Took a bit too much risk and lost. Recession may be? 2019 is not 2017. How to trade in recession? The same rules won’t apply?

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Carlos Hernandez says:

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars amc says:

Most trading books I have read so far say that with the best traders, one cannot tell if they are up $5K or down $5K, I like how you personify that in the chat room. Hope to be like that when I grow up, lol.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Elissa Jones says:

You’re not alone Ross! And can I be honest? It makes me feel a lot better when you make mistakes too bc at least I don’t feel like I’m a complete failure! 😆

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Matthew Sillaman says:

What happened to Steve's futures videos?

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rgasta says:

I liked the video Ross. I would be interested in asking how this hit will impact your emotions when trading next Monday? Will you be more prone to trade larger sizes to recover from the loss or will you feel just like any other day?

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MrExpIore says:

Thanks for your work as always Ross. Seeing your recaps truly helps me along my trading journey, every mistake and victory you have is the most transparent I've seen and helpful I've seen. Truly shows your strength of character. Keep it up friend

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars BenFenner says:

Thank you so much Ross for continuing to recap every trading day, especially on loss days. It helps me a bunch to go over what you've done, gives me something to look forward to after I'm finished for the day, and it's nice to feel like someone else is in the trenches with me.

    Cheers mate!

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ferengiprophet says:

Hi Ross, what's your average stop nowadays?

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars The Constant Gamer says:

I was able to get two trades on RAD, one for .30 and another for .25 cent profit per share. Not bad for a Momo day.

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Freedom 1 says:

I had a rough day too……I broke my own rules….

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ed says:

Keep it tight to the vest but Momo back soon

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Ruppel says:

Not sure if he tells people but how much does he trade with

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars N Wilson says:

Ross, I'm impress how you are willing to share your ups and downs. Anyone can share their up and only a few share their downs. You are the real thing. Keep it up.
