He is the same person that does the video editing production and all the stuff like that. So thank you, jed right. If you are watching this video, so i also want to share with you right. You know some of you watching this video might be thinking hey.

How do you do it man, you know: how do you cross 1 million subscribers? You know your growth has been awesome and if you are wondering along those lines, i want to share with you the three biggest lessons right, that i've learned right, while growing this channel to more than a million subscribers and the lessons that you'll learn is not just For youtube, it can be applied to your life to trading and i would say they are universal principles or lessons number one. You must be able to take. I'm not kidding right when i you know, grow this youtube channel. I thought.

Oh things will get better. You know people be nicer, they will see how genuine i am, how awesome my content is, but that isn't the case. You know i daily. I have you know, comments saying right now: you're a fraud you're a scammer, you know you're, not a trader and stuff like this.

I have people saying you know: hey reyna. You need to put a stop loss on this receding. Hairline, hey wayne. You need to draw support right at this eye bag that you have over here and i think it's quite funny, but to others they might think it's insulting.

It's you know, being you know mean to them, but again, so the key thing i'm trying to say is that you must be able to take. I don't care, you know whether you're trying to grow a youtube channel or maybe you're, trying to advance in your training, career or maybe you're, trying to change the world. Trust me no matter how good your intentions are. Crap and whatnot will come your way and you must embrace them, because if you let it get you down and give up, then then you are not giving the world a chance to see.

You know what you have to offer, so you must be able to take and also bear this in mind when people criticize you when they say mean things to you when they, you know, you know, bring you down, it's nothing, personal, it's nothing! It's not about you! It's about them, it's probably the insecurities that they're feeling or maybe the lack of attention that they have, or maybe when they're young they got bullied and stuff like that, it's all about them! Nothing about you! So don't take it personally embrace the that will come your way. Lesson number two take baby steps. So i remember i first started this channel. I think sometime back in 2013, if i'm not wrong, so you can see that from 2013 to now.

That's like, i would say, a good eight years, and if you look at my first few videos, they are cringe worthy right. They are. They are bad right. It's like me speaking to a microphone looking at a chart in a very monotonous manner.

I would say things like this is a level of support, i'm looking to buy if there's a hammer. Well, maybe not we'll see what happens next. You know along those lines and that's how bad those videos were, but it doesn't matter because what matters is that you are taking baby steps forward. It doesn't matter if you've blown up multiple trading accounts.

It doesn't matter that you know you have only a small account of maybe 500 it doesn't matter. What matters is you are taking baby steps forward and for the channel how we do it is that you know i started wanting to share more valuable content. So you know i started incorporating charts uh, adding some animations cutting out the feelers trying to dress better. You know and stuff like that.

So all this didn't happen overnight. Rather it happened over a period of years, baby steps forward. That's really what matters! It's not! You know how much you can accomplish within one week or one month, but rather it's whether are you taking the right steps forward over the next. You know few years the baby steps forward.

That's what matters - and this brings me to my final point - number three be consistent, so i can tell you when i first started the channel. There are many channels out there which are way bigger than me. I remember there was this one channel, i think, approaching close to 100 000, whereas my channel was probably around five six thousand subscribers and i was looking wow man. They are awesome, they're doing such a great job.

You know look how big that channel has become right. Oh, i aspire to be you know as huge as them one day so, but whatever the case is i tell myself, you know if there's no point admiring them, you know going wow or envious. You know of how big they are. They, probably you know, done what they deserve to get to that site.

So all i did was to focus on myself, which is you know, to produce videos regularly all right and to focus on the process. So i was publishing about one two, maybe even three videos a week consistently and you fast forward to now seven eight years later right, we have, you know, reached a million and that channel that i spoke about earlier. I think they're, probably you know no longer publishing youtube videos, so does it mean that i'm better than those trading channel right? Of course not right? Maybe who knows they have. You know exited the industry and made billions of dollars and at the beach now sipping some pina colada.

You know you never know, but the key message that i want to bring across is it doesn't matter whether you know you're small you're, underfunded, you're the underdog, because what matters is consistency as long as you take small baby steps forward, you compound your actions. You are consistent, you're, looking at the long game. This is what matters right. So as a quick recap right, this three lessons can be summed up as take consistent, baby steps forward and embrace the okay.
