What's up everyone? Well I was on the roller coaster today. Boy we had some wild price action. Today was a tough day. It really was and I got green, small green and then dug myself a hole.
Pretty big hole and I was not sure I was gonna recover. I was kind of at that place where I was like all right you know if I take one more trade I'm either heading right towards max loss on the day and I'm done or you know if it's a big trade I'm back to Green and it was a big trade. It was back to Green so we'll break it down during the recap. Nx and Nktx.
That was the one. Um, it was the one that was choppy. It was the one that was not easy for me, but it was the one that I ended up having my best trade of the day on. So I'll break down the best trade.
I'll break down the worst trade. I'll break down the trades in between. Actually, I think I left out one of them during the recap, but um, it was A. It was a kind of like a dead cat bounce.
It was a stock that sold off like 60 yesterday and then started curl up a little bit today. So I got in and caught like 10 cents of that move for I was like 600 bucks. But anyways, generally speaking today felt choppy, particularly choppy. Leading Gapper had already made a pretty big move by the time I was sitting down looking at it, it started rallying back up.
It was a bit more of a grinding price action. It was easy to borrow. the float was a little higher, the price was a little higher being around 14 15. all of that kind of contributed to it being a bit choppier.
Not a recent ipo, not a recent reverse spit split, Not a blue sky setup so you know it didn't have any of those kind of daily setups that can add a little fire to the momentum. and then the combination being used to borrow the higher flow kind of just tampered things down a little bit. I think so. Yeah, not an easy one at all.
And this is one of those days where if I finish down 8 10, 15 000 I probably would have thought you know why did you even trade today? Nothing was really that great. You dug yourself a hole and the the hole that I dug myself on was not on a gap. It wasn't on a stock that was on the gap scan or at the top of the gap scan. It was on sort of a secondary stock that hit the high day momo scanner that I jumped in really quickly because I was sort of.
I was already. I was like had already given back prof and I was like let's see if I can get a quick trade on this and it rides. you know up, rallies up and I can ride that momentum and then instant the 8 000 loss 7 800 and now I've dug the hole and uh oh, this is not looking good. So anyways, um today was not super easy.
but you know I mean that's the deal with trading. Some days are no day is easy, but in the spectrum of super super hard or not as hard, some days are not as hard. And today was one of those days that was definitely harder There there was some opportunity, but it just didn't feel that easy. So anyways, as always, hey, trading is risky. Most beginner traders lose money. My results are not typical. We don't track particular result traders using our software, so we make no guarantees that you will find any success. As a trader, trading is risky.
Do yourself a favor. Don't trade money you can't afford to lose and practice in a simulator before you put real money on the line. Seriously, take it slow. all right.
I hope you enjoy the recap. I hope you find it informational, educational. Hit the thumbs up if you do. and hey, feel free to subscribe to the channel.
Morning Show Monday through Friday starts live right around 8 45 9 a.m I'll be here tomorrow breaking it down. Hopefully we have a decent looking watch list and we have something we can work with. There's some rumors floating around about what might happen with Twitter so maybe news coming out after the bell? We'll see. All right, So hope you enjoy the recap and I'll see you first thing tomorrow morning.
Okay everyone, so I'm gonna do a recap and go over today's trades. So finishing the morning in the green but not really a great day because I went red before recovering and um, and finishing green. So my let's see first couple trades. I don't even remember where I left off on the morning show.
I think. Gosh I think on the morning show I was up around twelve hundred dollars on N K T X and then that's when. uh, I ended the morning show. The bell rang and I started trading a little bit more.
So the first trade out of the gates was on Nktx and I jumped in it as it squeezed up right here. and then it dropped from a high of 1598. Or was it on this candle? Uh, maybe it was actually this candle here. Yeah, it went from 1515 and then flushed down to 14.50 and a dollar a share.
It was really really gross. Uh I mean if we look at a 10 second chart on that, you'll see how it just popped up and then flushed down. And so I was looking at this as a little opening range breakout over 1470 because the high of the opening range candle was 1470 right here. So I took this trade.
I jumped in for the break of 1470 and look at that candle goes to 15 15 then flushes down 14 15. I bought the dip and it comes back up. Uh so I went red on it. I lost a thousand bucks, I bought the dip and I got myself back to up 200.
and then I just kind of. It went up to 16 and I was like I don't know. I just left it alone and a few moments later I saw Acon hitting the scanners. Acon and I looked at it.
I typed it in and realized it was a recent ipo stock and immediately jumped in for the break of three. So I got in right here. at three dollars, it squeezed up to 325 and there was a seller at 325 and I added 10 000 shares. It pops up to 327 and then it flushed all the way down to 270..
So with 20 000 shares I ended up losing like 7 800 bucks. It just ended up being a just a nasty rejection and so it rejected the volume, weight, weighted average price and flushed and 200 000 shares on that one minute candle. I mean just a lot of selling. a lot of hidden sellers so I'll make another video talking maybe more about hidden sellers. but I guess you could look at this in hindsight and say well, kind of. I mean it kind of broke that level though, but it was right. kind of the the volume weight, average price was sort of this issue like right here and I don't know so I maybe I should have held off on it. I think part of the reason you know one of the things that's always tough is momentum trader is jumping in quickly and you see something squeezing, you jump in and then you realize after the fact.
oh wait, I'm in here right under V Wap uh I don't know, is it gonna and then it starts to stall out and whatever. So not a great trade. It went from 250 up to 3 30 but then came right back down. So I cut the loss on that.
and at that point I was down 7 000 on the day. So down seven thousand bucks on the day. Twitter? Let's see. Um yeah.
so Twitter's rallying back up. Um, there's a headline They say Twitter deal to be announced after Monday's close, if not soon. recording the Wall Street Journal. I don't know we'll see the high from a couple days ago was 54.57 It's just you know, these types of trades are are risky for sure.
We don't really know what's going to happen, so be careful on trading those rumors. But anyway, so um so yeah. so then I was down 7 000 on the day and was watching Nktx Nktx uh ended up getting a really nice trade on this breakout. Right here it starts to kind of it pops up to 6 15, 64 it pulls back and I accumulated a 10 000 share position right in this little consolidation and took profit as it ripped up to 16.50 and ended up making about 14 000 on that trade.
But then I bought the dip on resumption and gave back about three grand. So finishing from uh, a high of about 7 000 on the day to 4 300 right now and just kind of like whatever, I'm just not feeling it today. To be honest, it's just so choppy and this one hasn't been easy and maybe it's gonna keep going but just keeps kind of ripping and then going into these choppy consolidation periods and I just am not feeling it today. So I'm glad to be green and I don't want to push my luck.
I'll be back at it tomorrow, hopefully we have something a little I don't know cleaner tomorrow than what we had today, but I'm just grateful to not be down 15 or 20 000. I went down 7 800 when I got into Nktx with the 10 000 shares. I was down maybe three grand on it for a second, but I did have conviction in this for the break of 16 and we got it. And I'm glad we got it because this type of day we could have just as easily continue to see choppiness and I could have lost on that as well.
So anyways, um, managed to close the day in the green and but gave back a little bit off the top and I just feel like if I keep trading I'm gonna keep giving back profit so I'd rather just be grateful. Shut it down and you know, live to trade another day So I'll be back at it tomorrow. Hopefully tomorrow we have some cleaner action. Maybe we'll have some news on what's gonna happen with Twitter. I don't know we'll see what happens, but I'm just gonna try to. You know, keep my head down, Catch a couple trades a day and see if I can avoid walking into 70 000 losses if I can help it. I should have been a little bit more cautious today, but I saw something squeezing. I jumped on quick and then took a good size loss.
You know, sometimes those can be really big winners and I'm in quick and I you know, positioned well. but that was not the case today so I've got to just take it a little slower. All right. So anyways, that's it for me and I'll be back at it first thing tomorrow morning.

Got in around the bell and made a quick $700 then got greedy and ended up on the NKTX roller coaster and lost 3,500. Got caught in the flushes and didn’t trust it to coming back up. If I would have went long after the flush I would have been ok. But I over traded and got very twitchy and made many mistakes. But thank you Ross for sharing this video, it definitely helps with the pain 😂😂. Sucks now I’m under PDT
Inspiration as always
Great work Ross! Really awesome recovery.. you have to give yourself credit for that!! Today definitely was difficult but I called it after I got small green. Can’t afford to trade through the chop! I am just looking to survive during these rougher days. Looking forward to trades tomorrow!!
Would like to know more on hidden sellers
Really sticky long side. Most breaks were rugged.

While bitcoin’s wild <price movements might seem random, they are often driven by the same fundamental catalysts as in the traditional markets. Some claim bitcoin is impervious to shocks that affect global finance; it’s a hedge against things like inflation and a sure bet against tides of uncertainty. Moves within traditional finance can boost or burn bitcoin’s price because they determine how easy it is for financial epicenters like Wall Street to invest in bitcoin…Keeping all this in mind, it is important to trade with the right strategy when going into the crypto world. reed callen has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio to 27 BTC lately.
