Nio have also recently stepped up their manufacturing by 50%, and are now able to produce around 120,000 vehicles per year, and wish to increase this to 150,000 by the end of 2021 and 300,000 in the future.
Tesla had been on track to produce only 140,000 vehicles this year, so Nio were hot on their tail, but recently boosted production in November to around 300,000 vehicles a year.
This has caused analysts to boost the price targets for Nio as they can all see the massive potential Nio has for growth, with some estimates as high as nearly $400 per share, so a further 10x increase.
