Nikola World 2020 is canceled, Badger reveal is no more. The General Motors (GM) deal is stalling and about to be cancelled. Here is my take on what's happening with Nikola and whats coming next.

Proof that Nikola is full of crap is that they could still hold Nikola World and not even have to refund all of the tickets purchased by just holding the event virtually. That way they get to have a safe environment with just one spokesperson standing next to the Badger (which was promised would be on display) and they can do a live Webcast to show the world what such great innovators and disrupters they really are. But they won’t, they instead cancel, blame both Covid and Doug Doucey (Arizona Governor) and all because they are a crap company who can’t even run a Ponzi scheme correctly.
Trevor publicity and resignation Nikola adds Stephen Girsky, current CEO of VectoIQ and former Vice Chairman of General Motors and gm staff takes his place , than doing back deal to gm ? now talking gm to gm ? forcing Trevor to shut up and take it ? ,maybe gm did not know anything till last week ? but i doubt that very much just crazy TREVOR MUST BE UPSET BY THIS FOR SURE , so Trevor got played and the smoke is so thick and well funded people (possibly some good stock review people) are turning on Trevor ? do they know this info??? if they do they are in on it , if they don't they should be told. some people saying gm ceo was placed in jv company that made Nikola go public and vector iq may have been sharing internal info into to gm, prior, during and after , he is set to be CEO of Nikola now ?? so if there is a thread of truth in that it is a obvious play to tank company and take out Trevor and possible take out technology or maybe just a coincidence a staff of gm moved into a jv company VectoIQ joining to Nikola than Nikola partnered with gm and than they force Trevor out ?? and that gm become ceo and now control

GM would be best to just walk away….
GM is in no hurry. The question is "what should NKLAs position in the deal be?" The major investors from the SPAC have some valid claims against Trevor. The value is all in the partnerships but there is nothing to keep the partners loyal if NKLA brand is a bust and has no money raising future. GM has the fuel cell and battery tech, CNH has the class8 truck, bosch is just a supplier to both. There is a position for refueling and finance, but is that NKLA or is it better to create a new company with no baggage?
My view is GM needs a majority share (subject to milestones) because they will need to pledge support to attract the hydrogen supply and for NKLA to retain it's position that extra share has to come from Trevor in exchange for investor "hold harmless" agreement. GM has excess management to contribute to any new entity.

In my opinion, we are in the middle of an EV bubble… I agree EVs are the future, just like the Internet was the future in late 1990s and early 2000s… but valuations of many EV manufacturers are very problematic IMO… Nikola is the most absurd case study… GM won't let it down the toilet because now it has extremely good negotiating capacity over Nikola, both sides know it, so GM might take controlling stake of Nikola's (50% or more) and since Nikola is now extremely overvalued, at least it brings to the table a lot of dumb money from retail investors… I don't see why would GM let it down the toilet? It is basically free money!!! I expect GM will start producing EVs designed by Nikola and sell them under Nikola brand, but with their EV/hydrogen technology because Nikola didn't have any technology.
It is temporarily postponed… just like Hitler temporarily postponed 'operation Citadel' in 1943 (Battle for Kursk)… 🙂
Girsky was and will remain a GM peon. —GM will rape them over the con that was pulled on them. Barra really wants those EV credits. I will be surprised if Girsky and his clowns will keep 20 % of the vaporware company.
As for GM – what the frck are you thinking. You already have a separate EV pickup…its called the Hummer . So , were you just looking for a Semi platform ?????? This deal makes zero sense aside from the EV credits. On the plus side for GM – they don't invest a penny.,

Lol this clown just made me a ton of money, its guys like this that spend there time bashing a stock helping the price drive down scaring potential investors and putting smart investors like me in a great position to buy the stock cheap and make bank. Put 20k in nkla at 17 and sold at 26….all it takes is some good news from nkla and boom the price goes up. I checked both Nikola and Hyllion glassdoor to check how current and former employees rate the companies. Surpringly, Nikola has lots of good reviews where as hyllion has lots negative reviews about the magagement and lots of decisions were made from unexpereinced recetnt grad university students who are friends of the Hyllion CEO. I guess there might be hope in Nikola as the troublemaker left the company? I bought some shares today and let it ride for a bit!
