2. To me it sounds like Nikola motors co has not done the homework .
   If they had done that , they should had the 2016 concept truck ready fore extensive tests whith some of the larger motor carriers.
   But since they missed that it is not cheap to develop a alternative fuel driven truck.
   R&D is expansive and it takes some what part of a decade or more.

    First, I have no financial interest or ties with Nikola Motors, nor its competitors, companies, partners, suppliers, current or past employees, etc. Therefore, I have no biases for or against Nikola Motors nor any of its competitors.

    In reference to Nikola Motors, Trevor Milton, and associated companies, please review case law of The People of the State Colorado / United States vs Rick Dryer, of Mile High Capital Group, RPS, IPF etc, convicted and sentenced in 2009 to 132yrs in prison for Security Fraud etc. in Ponzi Schemes allegedly nearly identical in some aspects to Nikola Motors, associated companies, Trevor Milton etc as follows:

    Based on Nikola data, Nikola is allegedly nothing more than an alleged fraudulent:
    1)Alleged “Fake everything until you Make it” (lots of cash little to no actual marketable “products”)
    2)Alleged “Pump and Dump”,
    =3)Alleged Ponzi Schemes, Security Fraud, etc. allegedly nearly identical in alleged aspects to convicted Dryer.

    Allegedly based on Nikola Ponzi Scheme data, how Nikola is allegedly a Ponzi Scheme:

    In this case the “Old investors” are “Legacy stockholders”, the “new investors” are public stock holders after IPO. The new investors pay the old investors through an “intricate fraud scheme” until “Old Investors get paid (Trevor Milton already has been $70,000,000+ to date) allegedly in December 2020.

    The “GM Deal” is a “stabilization red herring/diversion” to both pump up Nikola stock, AND to keep the stock at or above the required base level so the legacy, pre IPO stock holders can dump their stock allegedly in December 2020 as they allegedly disclosed months ago they will be doing.

    GM may not have known initially what Nikola was really about, but after the Hindenburg Research report they’re going to take full advantage of it. Also the “GM deal” is allegedly just a form of payola to GM.

    Specifically, “The GM deal” is allegedly a loose/win: The “new investors” those after IPO are the “losers”, GM Wins and so do legacy stock holders in December 2020, allegedly before the “GM deal expiration date”.

    This clearly is an alleged Ponzi Scheme (and/or an “inverse Ponzi scheme”) through alleged:
    1)bait and switch
    2)smoke and mirrors:

    The alleged vehicles through which the Ponzi Scheme is conducted “Fake everything until you make it”: Whereas the “it” being money received from investors mainly stuffed in one’s pocket NOT towards the actual “promised” or “stated” products and/or product performance data which are the “BAITs” of Nikola’s alleged fraud, allegedly including but not limited to:
    1)alleged material false data,
    2)alleged material false data in elaborate presentations
    3)allegedly materially false marketing miss-leading videos with no “Truth in Advertising” disclaimers
    4)material false and/or misleading vaporware videos

    Combined all alleged “smoke and mirrors” Pump and Dump stock fraud designed, orchestrated and conducted specifically for legacy stock holders to make billions, by an inflated IPO value backed by “new investors money” and “new strategic partners” ie “GM post IPO deal” to hold stock values keeping everything alive until January 2020, assuring all legacy investors and current Nikola employees that have Milton’s “gifted” allegedly “hush money payola stock” given allegedly before Milton “left Nikola”, all cashing in during the key November and December 2020 trigger dates.

    Milton’s separation agreement also contains alleged special stock selling considerations. Another alleged smoking gun of alleged “special favors” allegedly as payola/hush money.

    Allegedly Nikola, including former Executive Chairmen of the Board Trevor Milton, allegedly knowing and willingly allegedly made material false claims of “products”, “products with proprietary revolutionary technology” and “product performance data claims” etc. allegedly material false and/or misleading data claims all allegedly concerning, but not limited to, allegedly:
    1)Nikola Battery
    2)Nikola Hydrogen Fuel Cell
    3)Nikola Inverter
    4)Nikola cathode
    5)Nikola anode
    6)Nikola HQ Hydrogen Extraction Production
    7)Nikola One Hydrogen Fuel Cell Powered Semi
    8)Nikola Advanced Mega Hydrogen Extraction
    9)Nikola hydrogen extraction cost
    10)Nikola Hydrogen extraction fueling stations costs
    11)Nikola Validation of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
    12)Nikola Validation of the 2019 USA DOE $1.7 million advanced hydrogen fuel cell development grant received
    13)Nikola Validation of the 2019 USA DOE $2.0 million dollar advanced hydrogen extraction grant received Nikola is “managing”
    14)Nikola Financial performance claims
    15)Nikola stated time lines of committed “start dates”
    16)Failing to retract prior data claims when made aware they were material false yet continued to “make the same claims” as if they were materially factually true, when in fact not
    17)etc

    Some of the alleged possible realities:
    1)Allegedly likely no actual products to market and/or made by Nikola in USA (Coolidge AZ)

    2)Allegedly likely No performance data claims ever reached, allegedly pure sales puffery smoke and mirrors “BAIT fraud”

    3)Allegedly Nikola “preaching stump speeches”, to lure investors money, obtain DOE grants, etc. with convincing and conviction of noble intentions of “saving the world” with promisees that everyone who invests will make lots of money etc. all allegedly Bait & Switch, Smoke and Mirrors, “changing the world” fraud lure ie the “Nikola One reveal false claims” alleged false data claims ie “huge hydrogen cost reductions”, alleged “exaggerated and/or false technology claims”, alleged “exaggerated data claims” etc. such as alleged batteries with alleged revolutionary technology claims that allegedly don’t exist etc, all have allegedly serious civil and criminal implications.

    4)Alleged ”Preemptive legal statements and disclaimers” by others allegedly “foreshadowing” of potential legal challenges ie the Town of Coolidge Arizona Infrastructure Grant legal disclaimer “not tied to Nikola” etc. issued months prior Nikola’s building permits, ground breaking

    5)Newly appointed CEO Mark Russell stating, “If we are successful we will change the World” at the Nikola ground breaking. What does this indicate?

    Any CEO stating “If we are successful” is a 100% doubt of his own company statement. Allegedly he may know the breath and depth of Nikola’s alleged fraud, likely cutting a deal with the FBI to keep out of prison for the next 100 years just as Rick Dryer’s top executives did cooperating with authorities then testifying against Dryer who received 132 years in prison, for securities fraud etc.

    I was a victim of Rick Dryer along with over 1200 others.
    At the time Dryer was touted as being the next huge real estate mogul by many media outlets including the Denver Business Journal.

    Then, after a period of time, negative article’s started being published in The Denver Business Journal about Dryer, just as the “Bloomberg Report” concerning Milton. Shortly thereafter, both Dryer and Milton “promoted” senior executives into their “former positions”, taking “higher consultative” positions.

    Next, as in both cases, when additional damaging data was published in “The Denver Business Journal about Dryer”, likewise “The Hindenburg Research Report” about Milton, once again shortly thereafter both Dryer and Milton resigned all together from all the companies they founded.

    This is allegedly just the tip of the proverbial iceberg of alleged massive similarities. I have pages of research in comparing alleged similarities, many allegedly identical of both.

    Coincidence? Allegedly, NO, as all alleged fraud schemes allegedly have the same basic framework.

    As we say in manufacturing and real estate, the longer it’s not going up, the more investors start throwing up.

    The data how Dryer then allegedly Milton ended up in this manner is allegedly nearly identical, all of which Sate and Federal investigators and regulators must forensically analyze Milton, senior Nikola management and their related companies just as done in the Dryer case.
