What's up, everybody welcome back to the channel today is what we've all been waiting for. The reveal of the American Express green car 2019. This is the brand-new American Express card. I am truly excited about this.

Let's get right into this video, I'm going to tell you everything you need to know the current sana bonus, the point structure, all the perks is going to give to you and is it worth it? Is that worth that I do, you know, have this card. Who is this card for etc? So, let's get right into this video. Alright, everybody welcome back to the channel, so I'm getting extremely excited, make sure you're giving me a thumbs up and you subscribed. Credit cards things like that, and you know I'm team Amex all the way. So, let's get right into it. Before this car we had in a traditional Amex green card. The annual fee was ninety five dollars and it just was not worth it at all.

I was horrible, I think it was kind of just to get your feet wet if you didn't have American Express before I personally never never had to green card before I started off with the premier rewards gold car when it first was when it was the PRG As opposed to the gold card and the green card, just wasn't appealing at all so very happy American Express revamped. It did some collaboration with a company and got the whole. You know recycle and kind of used. The American Express green card physically from recycled materials, to kind of really promote it with parley, and now we actually have the car in the benefits.

So let's go right into the benefits and what this card offers alright. So first, as we can see here, it says bring on the new American Express green card it's easily into your life, so I'm gon na take one a trip that move that job or any adventure that comes away. So, let's see what we got, we're scrolling down for taste and travel. You get three points per dollar: okay, so what your going to be doing so the first thing is a way, so everybody knows a way luggage, it's expensive, okay, and we can see how expensive a way luggage is right here by going on to the suitcases, a Weight luggage is very expensive, but it is still very popular again.

It may or may not be thing, I'm not too sure I'm going to kind of see what they have. So, let's see what they got here. First, because they're giving you $ 100 to use towards Waylon it's per year, so we're looking at 245, 245, 275, 475, 245. So you're definitely still going to be spending more than a hundred bucks with the way.

But you definitely get that using your card for a way for a way leverage. Alright. So that's the first thing you get you're also going to be getting a airport credit, so pretty much three points per dollar on anything as far as hotels, transit, taxis tours Rai services, which is like uber lyft you're, going to get three points per dollar on that Which is really awesome, I think that's really taking a jab at the Chase, Sapphire Reserve car and trying to give those three points per dollar, so it's more than just flying its hotels, its transit, its taxi and tours. So if you don't have the American Express Platinum Card and booking through Amex travel, definitely use the MX green car to do any type of you know: hotel, transit or tax, your tours, etc, uber, lyft, etc.

You're also going to get a clear credit. The clear credit is going to be good for you, you're, going to get this every year up to 100 bucks clear is just like tsa PreCheck and Global Entry. It gets you expedited service through the airport. Now clear is not as popular and I would still recommend having TSA PreCheck and Global Entry, but clear is also something that you can have and I'm kind of seeing pop up a lot more, so you can have both.

It would really help you. So if you have the Amex Platinum Card - and you also have to MX - go the green card, it would really be helpful for you to have both so you're, never really stuck in that options. You're also going to get the allowance of buddy credit of a hundred dollars annually, which is pretty awesome. So, even if you don't have the Platinum Card and give you some tour and lounge access or a priority, pass access a hundred dollars a year towards lounge buddy, which is really really cool.

Okay, I think that is really awesome. Let's get into the signup bonus if you spend $ 2,000 in the first three months, you will get thirty thousand member civil war points, which is at least three hundred bucks. If you transfer it over to other partners, you can get a lot more value, but that's good in two thousand dollars in the first few months. It's easy that is easy.

Easy easy and annual fee did go up from 95 to 150, but you're getting a lot more credits. Now you get more bang for your buck, so my opinion is definitely worth it again. Three points per dollar: one travel and transit three points per dollar on global restaurants worldwide, wherever American Express is offered lounge buddy the clear credit the in a way, so I think it's definitely worth it. What do you guys think about this? This car to me is worth it a hundred percent you're still gon na get the same things that you're normally give us an American Express, you're, still gon na be getting a baggage insurance plan.

No foreign transaction fees, global assist hotline, car rental allows damage insurance you're. Also going to get an Amex offers, you're gon na be getting free shop. Runner, free shop owners really awesome for two-day shipping you're also going to be getting. You know a bunch of other just kind of the backing of American Express.

So what do you guys think about this? Yes, the annual fee went from 95 to 150, but you're getting a lot more bang for your buck. Now, with the clear credit which is also, you know, a credit which is okay, but it's kind of making. You spend a little bit more because it's gon na be really hard for you to find something: 400 bucks even with a way. But if you were somebody who buys away then this is definitely for you three points per dollar on more than just airline travel.

You got taxis, bus, hotels, etc. So that's really awesome. I'm excited for this card, then also you know the new look and the new design I'm going to be getting this card and I'll make sure I do an unboxing.
