Did the same thing with ULTA. i'd seen one after another earnings report drive news and push prices way up. i even rode that wave a couple times (endorphins flying everywhere (: ). Went in for a 3rd time and ULTA hit the skids! rookie mistake for real.

Thank you for sharing this valuable lesson with us. Hearing you talk about your mistakes makes me feel not as bad about my own mistakes. It makes it a little less discouraging. Today was my first bad day, I put $300 into a $2 penny stock and it went down as soon as I bought and I've currently lost $50, it was a quick impulse buy smh

Small complaint: your volume is usually low except for sounds coming from your computer which are very loud.
In a world where it's "buy the rumor, sell the news" I've seen huge sell-offs even after a good earnings report enough times I choose to sit it out until afterwards. If you miss the initial run you can catch it on the pullback, or get in on the buyback at a later date.
How do you feel about Intel. They exceeded EPS’s and expectations handily the last two quarters and I was going to swing trade the earnings call, any opinions?
