My landlady give me 35 days to move after 15 years. And I had discovered the cure of cancer and diabetes after all thous years. I'm ok , but still working a plan to introduce my products. Texas is a nightmare.

It just looks like they had to leave in a hurry and didn’t bother to clean up or take the trash out. Structurally it looks good. Just superficial repairs and cleaning I think.

I have seen a thousand time worse, My father had one tenant who crapped all over the place just to stick it to my father, we also had a tenant who was a great tenant, she was always on time with the rent and all seemed great?, then my father got the quarterly water bill???? it was normally about $60 a quarter (was years ago) and now the bill was well over a thousand dollars?????????????????????? My father had the city check the water meter and it was good so some thing was wrong on our end???? My Father went over and talked to the tenant and she seemed like all was good??? so as my Father was leaving some one walked up to the house while he was sitting in his car, the person was carrying a laundry basket full of clothes? so he got out of the car and fallowed the person into the building and into the basement to find TA__DA!!!!!!!!!!! the tenant was running an illegal laundry out of the basement, they had over 20 washing machines HA HA Ha that went over real well, I also have been involved with clean outs of tenants who were hoarders and had dead animals , a truly horrible smell. I wish we had property like the one this guy is crying about, life would have been do much nicer
Not bad at all. Clean up, a little patching and painting. Better than a vacancy every 12 months or so.
My recent tenant left for vacation but for some reason left the house trashed it was like there was a party outside. I was called by the house's neighbor who I've known for years, telling me that trash is flying to their property. I was forced to go and pick up all my tenant trash. I don't understand how people can be like this.
Just went thru the same thing! I'm selling mine too! When you can double or triple your money…..SELL!

This looks like a huge mess and several dump runs needed but it doesn't look damaged which is good, but it appears you may have to pack and store the items as it looks like they were evicted as they left things they would want to keep.

Absolutely disgusting and a show of a complete lack of character, decency, and integrity to leave that big of a mess for someone else. There is no excuse for that
This is can be fixed with some trash bags, a deep clean and some minor repairs to the walls with some spackle and a bit of paint. I know you have to hype up the video title for the click bait but why the theatrics while you're doing the walk through?
