Okay, so there's a little more to the story of why things went off the rails this morning. I so I'm sitting here trading this morning. Am I I smell, I think I smell like hot electricity and I thought you know I've got this is like a rest nest. You know you can see right here.

I've got these cables all here. You know you look down here. This is this is a fire hazard. I pulled this up, I was like well this is this has got to be it.

I've got this thing right here. Sometimes it pops and makes funny noises. There's all that. So I mean this is.

this is kind of part of probably most people's trading stations. There's just a lot of wires. So I was like okay, maybe it's something like this. No, no, I don't think so.

I was like all right let's just focus on trading, take a couple more trades. My trading is like progressively getting worse. I'm I'm green 2500 then I'm back to Red, back to break. Even then I'm red and what is that smell? Where is it coming from I look around I notice this light.

I have this light up here which um helps me with my video So I look better and I saw it was against the wall right here. So I thought oh is that hot? yeah it is. The wall's hot. Oh that's probably what it was.

The wall's hot. I come back over here. I smelled anyway. no I don't smell anywhere else.

That's weird. I sit back down take another trade. I'm down now. 1500 bucks.

What is that smell? What is going on? I come out here. What is going on out here? Oh my God. there's smoke. There's smoke.

Smoke is billowing billowing out the generator. I run. I'm running for my life here. Now it's Fire Drill.

If this is the this isn't the drill, This is the real deal. I run down. I run by the wood pile I run by. I look open flames.

I open it. Flames are coming out here. This is on fire. This thing is.

There's flames coming up here. We're we're in a fire situation. I hustle around the corner. I Hustle Hustle Hustle.

I open this side I see the the alarms going off. It said high temperature. No I run over here. Hustle keep my glasses down.

Hustle Hustle hustle. I grab turn it on, turn it on, grab the hose, Run back. Now I'm running. I'm running for my light here.

We go here. We go. I'm running. I'm already spraying the water.

As I'm going, I start spraying it down. Come back around here. Call fire Department. Okay, fire's out.

Wow. I've inhaled a lot of smoke. My heart's pounding All right. Well, I called the fire department.

Okay, let me go back upstairs. All right. So fire department's on the way. I come back upstairs.

Hustle Hustle Hustle. Okay, it smells like smoke all around here. So everything smells like smoke. Still smoking.

So now I'm back up here. Okay Okay, I sit down. Oh okay. I take one more trade.

down 2600. Ah damn. Run back outside. more firefighter stuff.

Now it's I'm waiting for them to come. Okay, so I spray it down a little bit more. It's still smoking. It's still really hot.

It's a hot fire and I go over to the house. I smell smoke all in the house. I'm across the street. I'm thinking did the something how why is the house smell like smoke? So I'm uh.

watching everything. The fire department comes, Fire truck comes up the driveway and they go through the generator company comes. they check it out. They said yeah, this thing blew out caused a fire.

Everything's okay. I come back up here high on adrenaline, high on smoke, inhaling fumes from burning rubber and burning coolant. Whatever whatever the hell is was spraying all over the place. It was.

it was cooling. I sit down, I see one other stock. I jump in. I'm up two thousand bucks back to break even.

On the day the Dip trade held, it lost eight thousand and now I'm down 7 800 on the day and you know, probably wasn't in the best place to be trading. Still smelled like smoke. It still smells a little like smoke. It's better now.

Smelled like smoke. I was. I was. I felt I felt lightheaded.

I felt. You know they say when you know when there's a fire, that's when the real heroes come out. Well I I rushed to that fire with my fire hose in hand and I couldn't be prouder of how I responded in the moment. But then when I came back and lost seven thousand dollars trading I, I did question my judgment a little bit.

Also, I was questioning my judgment about spraying water on a generator it produces electricity. Seems risky. Of course. you know heroes don't ask those kind of questions.

Heroes are just trying to save lives. I guess mostly my own. but in any case, uh, a hero to myself today. But not well, but not from my trading perspective.

I feel quite conflicted about where I stand. Today, I saved the house and I lost money trading. Is it a green day? Is it a red day? It's well, it's a red day. But agreed.

but it's a good day. It's a bad day because the house caught on fire. but it's It's the way everything ended is good. Well long story short, I would try not to day trade when your house is on fire and I learned that from experience today.

So it's a it's a day where a loss is a lesson and that's it for me. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
