Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

Hey everyone all right? let's see, I don't usually stream on this computer, but let's see if it, uh, starts broadcasting. Okay, looks like it's going through okay. um hey Bobby, Hey Joey. All right.

So we're gonna do a little Youtube Facebook live here and I'm gonna break down my game stop game plan. Uh, before I do, I just wanna make sure my disclaimer is clear for you guys. I'm not sure if it was posted when I first started broadcasting, so this is a reminder that day trading is risky. In case you didn't already know that most beginner traders lose money, so you should assume you will also lose money.

And with that assumption, trade in a simulator before you ever put real money on the line. Okay, so be responsible now. Uh, we're looking at Gamestop here. I guess it's back.

All right. So I was not expecting this at all. Um, I mean this is this is. I don't really know what to think.

You know the last few days has just kind of been. You know, Just like I don't know. I guess we're just a 40 50 share stock right now. You know it's just kind of been sideways.

Um, you know. We did have a couple of days back here where it started to move. That was in in earlier February after the big sell-off So you know if you recall, we had the day where we had this really big kind of violent sell-off huge bounce. Um, there was another day like that that was even bigger, right? Let's see it was right in here.

This was crazy. Drops from 400 to 120, pops back up. So anyways, this afternoon it starts squeezing back up. The only catalyst that that I saw was that their Cfo resigns and this is being interpreted as uh, the Cfo is resigning and that board member Ryan Cohen and uh, you know, his vision.

His strategy I guess is in conflict with I don't know that was that was what I've been reading. So um, I think usually when a Cfo resigns, typically they would be replaced, um, immediately. and also typically a Cfo Resigning is not always a good indicator for a company, but game stops not get the average stock. So in this particular case, um, traders I guess sort of seized on that opportunity to jump on it and it squeezed here from 50 to 52..

now you know that's nothing. crazy. Pops up there to 54. and then here, 56.

And then here. This is where it starts to get crazy. And that candle right there. That's where you're like, wow, this just went from 50 to 64 a share.

It pulls back for a second, continues higher now up to 70, then up to 78, and then up to 90.. I I honestly think that people are afraid to short it. I think that that's a problem. People are afraid to short it so they're not shorting it and you know we're as a result seeing this kind of crazy move.

So all right, so it goes up to 90, up to 96 and then the market closes with it at the high of 92.. So just under 92 is the market close? So the market closes, right? But you know, then it continues trading after hours. So after hours, it pulls back for a second, it does squeeze up to 99, then it drops to 84, and then it rips up to 120 bucks. Wow.
Up to 127 128. Then it pulls back. All right. It's coming back down to earth, right? Wrong move.

The chart all the way up to 200 bucks right there. And that was in a very, very short period of time. We could look at the one minute chart on this just to see how quickly it squeezed up there. Um, and you know what? Let's even look at the 10 second chart.

This is a really kind of fast time frame, but I just want to look at the kind of how explosive the move was to see if it hesitated or if it really just kind of went straight. Um, so you know, after hours has closed and it closed at one around 168, which is pretty darn pretty darn impressive. So now the question, of course, will be what's the game plan for tomorrow? But let's look. let's look at this price action.

Uh, back here before before I decide right now. Uh, When I. When I got home and I started looking at the chart, I was certainly wondering. uh, gosh, this is loading super slowly.

All right. Well, we'll let that load for a second. So I was definitely one. Well, so look at that.

Then there it goes. Okay, so yeah, so I just want to kind of dial this in and see. So this move right here was basically straight up from 85 to 125. I mean, that was almost straight up.

These are 10 second candles, so it hardly dipped, Hardly even a micro pullback. It just basically went straight up except for that little dip there. Then it goes sideways here. and then in this move.

Um, here we do see some dips. So we saw a pretty big difference. 170 back to 150. That's 20 a share.

Then from 200 back down to 170, that's over 30 dollars a share. Okay, so riding the waves but not wanting to get caught at the top because those pullbacks are are pretty intense. And then this is, uh, where we ended up curled right back up there to the 190s And then we closed at 168.. So that was our close.

All things considered. Fairly bullish. Pretty decent, pretty strong. Um, yeah, that's impressive.

Okay, so this is our chart. We've had a huge move already. I've missed the whole move. I didn't trade any of this, went from 60 bucks to 200.

I didn't trade any of it. I finished the day green 53 000 which is great, but none of it was. Thanks to this I traded. Uh, Sypr.

Sypr was what I traded this morning, I was up 83 000 on and then I lost 30 grand buying for the break of volume, weight, average price right here and it got nailed right back down. But anyways, it's okay. So from 450 up to just about eight, that was a good trade. But back to Gamestop.

So Gamestop? Uh, it's daily levels if we switch to the daily chart. So daily level. On this, we have a gap from Uh 158 up to 212.. that's a gap on the chart And then from 112 we have room up to 322.

from 322, we've got room up to 413 and from 413 room up to 483. That's just looking at the highs and those are the most logical areas of potential resistance. So that's what we're looking at right now. Um, tomorrow morning a possible squeeze up to 212.
And then the question that I'll have is can it break over 212 and start to make its way up higher? 250 would be a big psychological level If it could reclaim 250 then 275 300. on the other hand, the risk on this is Uh is still very significant. which is that it's really going up on not a very strong catalyst and it's always possible that uh, this is a nicely listed stock. The New York Stock Exchange.

It's always possible the New York Stock Exchange could, um, uh, you know, could could halt, Uh, could all trading on this right? That's absolutely possible. I mean, we could. We could certainly see that, so I don't know that we will. I.

I kind of don't think that we will just because if they haven't halted it already. given all this move, I don't feel like they will now. but they could. And if they do halt it.

What we've seen with stocks that get halted by, uh, by the exchanges that they drop 50 percent, so that would be that would be bad. That's not something that I I want to see, but it is a risk. So given that risk, I'll have to be cautious. tomorrow.

with how I trade it, I'll look to see whether or not you know what kind of headlines we have if we have any fresh headlines in the morning, but um, I'm I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be watching it. I'll probably be looking to trade it. My thought was that I would start trading at seven a.m tomorrow. I don't really feel like and by the way, that we don't get circuit breaker halts after hours.

So there were no circuit breaker halts. Um, after hours, just pre-market Um, if there's another catalyst, yeah, let me know what that is. Um, so in the New York Stock Exchange suspends its share. So what is that to suspend its listing when? So this was posted just after eight.

So let me just see, Gamestop is the battleground. Why would they suspend the listing? So this this headline. I'm confused about this one. but um, and thank you guys for tuning in.

By the way, Uh, those are you guys tuning in. Hit that thumbs up if you haven't already. Yeah, that I'm I'm just not totally clear on so you copy that copy three weeks after three weeks, huh? Well this is, um, this is a very kind of, uh, confusing headline there. So let's see what do we have here.

So here we've got another headline. The last time the last it looked like it went uh, right to let's see, I didn't I wasn't look, I wasn't watching but I it looks like it traded to 8 p.m I mean I see the last print it at 8 Pm. Well at uh, 7 59 but that would make sense. Then 8 p.m on the on on the top.

it stops all right. So let's see. Um, so this is another one. So stock exchange transactions for securities at the video game store chain Gamestop were suspended on Wall Street half an hour before the session closed.
after the Bond valued more than 100 percent, the stock closed down. This? This is so bizarre. Um, hmm. very interesting.

Well, I don't see. I mean after hours trading ended at eight? I didn't. I don't see that it ended early, but this is going to be really interesting to see what happens. So um, sometimes it seems like they incorrectly referred to a suspension as a halt.

As a suspension, they say a trading suspension which is a circuit breaker halt. Um, and that's that's different. Did it halt going into the close? Is that what? is that? what the issue is here? Because suspending the listing is very different from stock getting halted. So it halted into the close right here at 91.70 and then it resumed at 4 Pm after hours and dropped.

Then it popped back up. I mean, that's all I see as far as I'm looking at the price action right here. So we saw some similar stuff. Um, during the move up, just with um, with headlines like New York Stock Exchange, health Trading in Gamestop multiple times during the day, or suspends trading.

Which I mean, I guess it's a you could use one word. but generally we we don't call it a suspension. We call it a trading halt. So yeah, so we closed at 168.

Uh, you got three circuit breaker halts I would guess. So What's interesting is this: I had shares available to borrow on this one. I didn't short it obviously. but I do have shares available to borrow.

I did yesterday. We'll see about today or tomorrow. Um, and so you know you might have some people that were shorting it and did start to get squeezed out at this point right now. I like it.

I, I mean, I like it. I think it looks really powerful. It's made this huge move up. it pulled back, it popped up.

So now I want to see how it kind of coils for the break higher. So the levels that I'm watching are 2, 9 sorry, 194, 200 and 212. 194 is the height of this candle. 200 is the height of this candle.

212 is the high from February 1st, then the the the low of February 1st. The high of February 1st is 322.. So if we can get over 200, we hold over 200. 212's next.

If we get over 212, then 225 looking for that move up to 250.. And I'm not interested in trading. At the downside, I would only trade it to the upside. That's it.

So I I trade in my retirement account. I don't. Uh, I can't short stocks and I'm fine with that. I don't I really don't want to trade something like this the short side anyways.

so my bias will be to the long side. Um, we'll see and again. Like I said, you know, I'm sure some people get up at four in the morning to trade it. I don't know how many brokers are going to let you trade at 4am I believe.

Tell me what time, what time is the earliest you can trade with your broker. I bet for the majority of you at Lightspeed, or at Um, Td, Ameritrade, and Robinhood and E-trade it's going to be 7 A.m So some of you guys are 4 A.m some of you are 3 A.m Well, the market doesn't open at 3 a.m so I don't know what timezone you're on. Uh, 7 A.m Weeble? What time is Weeble? We bullet to trade at 4 Am. I didn't realize that.
Wow. So 7 a.m Four A.m So it's a lot of people at seven a.m some at four a.m. So yeah, it'll be interesting. Um, it'd be really interesting to see what happens on this, but my thoughts would be: I mean, obviously you know my opinion on it's just my opinion.

it's just my two cents. But it's certainly not any advice of any kind. I can't give you any advice financial advice. but um, as I look at it, I would like to see it hold this 165 level.

If it came back down to this 160, that would be coming down a little more, but I I wouldn't really like to see it back down to the 140 150s. That would be pulling back a little too much. If it pulled back that much, I probably wouldn't be interested. Um, if it opens and looks like it's going to surge right away through.

Like if it opens at 180 and starts all of a sudden printing, you know, 185 188. I would expect to break a 194, then a break at 200 and possibly a quick move up to 212. 212. I don't know what it does above there.

If that hits resistance from the low back in February, Uh, early February? I'm not sure that's the low from right here, right? so you can see 200 resistance there, Then this was the low on this day. And if we get above 212, you know, then we might start looking at some kind of softer levels. Like, all right, you know you, you had a little bit right there. At 231, you had a little something right here.

But these are softer levels because they're intraday. So I I would even change this to, um, more. Maybe like a dotted line because it's kind of like I. I don't know.

I'm not really sure if that's a serious level, but given how many people are watching this stock, you figure probably there are some people that would go ahead and look at these intraday levels, so for that reason, it's probably worth watching a few of them. a few of the obvious ones. So 130 150? That makes sense, sorry 230 250. Those make sense.

And then yeah, back to here. It did pull back a bit into the clothes. That doesn't surprise me. I actually kind of thought when I was driving home that it was going to probably flat line and I was like all right flat lining around 150 145 150.

That's not bad. but then it really did squeeze back up here to 175 and it broke up to 194. This was a really nice abcd pattern right here. Nice one there.

nice one there, so some nice patterns there. It's respecting those technical levels quite well. So yeah, that's the question. 194 200.

So regardless of what time you start trading, I think you have to be mindful that there's going to be big spreads On this. Big spreads create more risk. There's no doubt about that. And um, you know we do have the risk of the exchange halting it.
That's certainly. Um, that's certainly a possibility. I mean, I, I don't know if that's gonna happen, but it certainly could. So we have to be mindful of that risk and that That for me, would be the risk of a 50 loss if something like that happens.

So I have to be mindful of the amount of capital I put into a trade like this. And uh, and then, yeah, um. watching sympathy stocks as well. I I don't know.

Costs? I saw that squeezed up. that was a sympathy stock. I mean, this went from 12 bucks to 34. that's 300 right there.

Amc. But these ones to me, I'm not as interested in. Even Blackberry popped up too. I don't think these are.

I think I'd rather just focus on the main stock. Gme cost is pretty volatile. I I might be interested in that one, but I don't know. This has.

no. This has no news of its own. Absolutely no news of its own. Now it didn't back here either.

except that the short interest was very high at that time. relatively so that was what was driving it. I can check the short interest on it right now. So, um, let's just let's just check to see what it's at.

But I suspect that it's come back down. So the short interest on this, um, well, you know it actually shows at 48. So let's check Gamestop 39. It's pretty high for both of them.

So yeah, that's pretty high. So my game plan will be to try to capitalize on the volatility. Within that volatility. There will be opportunity.

There's no question about it, it's just about can I trade it without taking crazy amounts of risk. I would love to. You know, make some money tomorrow and not have a big big, uh, loss. And this is the type of stock that does stress me out a little bit because you know you're going into, uh, you're going into a fight and it's gonna be.

It's gonna be wild and you're probably gonna take a couple punches, but are you gonna be standing at the end of it and I don't know? I don't know. I mean, that's the question. That's what I'm asking myself when I look at Game Stop and costs. It's like I see a lot of potential, but we have to remember to, you know, kind of weigh that against the risk.

So I'm going to start streaming on the earlier side tomorrow. Um, I'll probably start streaming around 7 00 a.m That's kind of when I was thinking about starting to trade. I'm not sure that. I really, I don't know.

Some of the days I've gotten up really early, there's been on some of the days that there was like a little spike at the open. Um, if we go back to some of these days when it was really moving, let's see. So so like on this day this was four A.m Right in here you can see very light, almost like the volume is like barely even registered. It was like so light between four Am and then volume picks up at 7 A.m That's when I really picked up at 7 A.m and we look at the previous day.
Same thing, it picks up at 7 a.m between 4 and you know, and 7 it moved. but on very light volume. very light volume on stock like this means big crazy spreads. Same with this day.

Trading really starts at 7 A.m and now this did pop right here and it popped from 360 to 470.. it did. But um, you know that's on really that that was on. That was on 45 000 shares of volume.

So I mean how much? How many shares could you have even bought? And the spreads would have been huge. Now on this day here, we did get a nice move. Um, from Four a.m to between four and six. Uh, on this day this was the day that we did get a big move.

So that and that was. I mean, I'm not gonna lie, that was a big move right here. So that way that day we did get one. and this day we got a pretty good one too.

So two days in a row, we got some good pre-market moves and then it kind of died out pre-market Like super super early. So yeah, I don't know. For those that, uh, feel like getting up early, you can certainly watch it. The nice thing with getting up and trading it early is if you do have a loss, you still have a lot of time to recoup it.

If you trade in the after after hour session, you have a big loss. There's not a lot of time, there's not a lot of time to recoup it, right? That's the problem. You don't have time to recoup those losses, so I'll probably be. I'll I'll probably try to start streaming around 7am.

Um, and we'll see. We'll see what the market wants to give us tomorrow. Whether it's Gamestop, or even if Gamestop fades a little bit or something happens, I think there's going to be probably sympathy momentum on other stocks. Be just because of, um, this big move on Gamestop.

Traders are going to be looking to capitalize on that move. All right. So that's the game plan. that's my Gamestop game plan for tomorrow morning.

All right, I'll see you guys then.

I can see 4 reasons why the price went up:
-Like you said, resignation of CFO
-The hearings of DFV went well and he bought 50.000 stocks again right after, which gave confidence back to retail investors.
-The hedge funds hearing did not went well and by giving none-answers through out the hearing, they painted a big target on their back.
-RobinHood will be in serious trouble if they do anything suspicious again.
