Ricky, Thank you for being part of the team. We could not do all these projects without you. It truly take everyone on the team to get them done. From the wholesale guys, skilled trades people, material providers, title companies, and so many more people to get the properties done. Finding and rehabbing a property to make it beautiful and then sell it and make a profit is a lot harder than people think. It is not all HGTV where the people are making hundreds of thousands of dollars on all the properties. It is all about making some money and moving on to the next one. Sometime you do well and other times you just want to get out and not loose money. As you said in this video I added this property to my rental portfolio. This is the 6th residential single family home in my portfolio. I have several other investments and other investment properties but this one was a great one to add with the perfect location and perfect home to be a vacation rental. Thanks again.
