Great video! I'm new to property investing. How am I able to check the level of demand for properties before investing. I'm planning to flip properties for a profit, but I don't want to purchase a property that will take me ages to sell.
I like the in-person style of video, I think it works well. The property is looking good although I think you may need to move the bath (or make it a feature in the kitchen haha). I look forward to seeing the next update!

Another good video James, very informative. I made some of the mistakes in your video, such as not focusing on doing one room at a time and not going from the top down. Very costly as I damaged some of the work that had been done and had to re-do it. Wished I'd watched your video before doing it, but learned a lot from the experience and didn't repeat it on my next project. Great advice to those starting out on the housing ladder!
