First thing to look for is on a weekly timeframe you want the price to come towards an area of support or resistance. So in this case we can see that the price. We test this area of resistance on the weekly time frame over here. So then go down to a lower time frame like eight hour time frame and look for a valid entry trigger to go short.

So this could be things like a false break a shooting star pattern. So for here this is the highest that you want to refer to and watch how if the price can break above it or reverse from it. So in this case you can see that on this candle the price tried to break Above This highs only to close back below this resistance. This is what we call a shooting star pattern.

Then you can look to enter shot on the next candle open your stops can go distance Above This High Somewhere about here your target right would probably be to be conservative just before this recent swing low where buyers could possibly step in as your first Target your second target. If you look back a little bit right you look at price structure. This over here is where previous resistance resistance could become support and this would be a good second target. So in this case what happens next is that the market eventually reached both our first and second target.
