Direct Mail Farming, Open Houses Every Weekend (this is also the best strategy to actually sell the home also), Buying All the local area marketing (Billboard, shopping carts, sponsor school banners, back of the receipts, geofence the schools), Least Expensive is calling, least rejection and not too expensive is drop a buyer letter or farming piece by hand, a higher conversion rate is door knocking, hyper local expert community videos.
