We're all going to experience pain and upset and problems and challenges and circumstances that are in or outside of our control. But true success is paved with mistakes and horrible blunders and tragedies that were just well managed. What a right mindset to come off 2023, where there was so many challenges in our space, so many challenges in our market, and now here we are in 2024 with the streets literally being paved with gold. But if we think we're not going to face problems and upsets and disappointments and challenges, you've lost your mind.

The bottom line is simply this: It's not the problem, it's discovering the opportunity. It's the lesson. It's making sure we don't do that same thing over and over again. But you're going to fail.

You're going to make mistakes. You're going to screw up. You're going to send send or say or do the wrong thing and don't edit this like it's going to happen. The question is, when you lose, will you learn the lesson And even deeper will you go farther to say Now, what is the opportunity in this that is a great mindset.
