So why is the stock market selling off what's going on guys? It's Ricky who attacked the solutions. Hope these are all having an amazing Tuesday Let's go ahead and just jump into my screen so you guys can see NASDAQ Market is down 1.6 percent if you guys watched my video yesterday. I Literally talked about this where, uh, this credit downgrade was actually talked about yesterday after market hours. It's the main reason, uh, that if you actually look at my screen, we saw a very quick gap down shortly until the later aftermarket hours, but going into market open today for those that are unaware.

Uh, the credit downgrade by Fitch is something that only has happened once before and that was back in 2011. And now this is following what happened with uh, the U.S debt ceiling and pretty much just downgrading the credit rating from AAA to double A Plus And what that means is I Mean that really doesn't surprise me because if you really think how the uh, how the United States has been handling everything, with how close we got to defaulting, uh, how much they've been overspending and over borrowing, is it a surprise that they are being downgraded? I Personally, don't think that it's far fetched right. they are talking about this thing being a prolonged negative. Catalyst A downgrade is not something that the market takes lightly.

Looking back in 2011 when this happened, uh, the overall NASDAQ and S P 500 Market uh sold off for roughly four to five percent on the initial day. Now, that's obviously not what we're seeing right now as overall markets have shown that they were doing uh, really, really good leading up to this point. Uh, right now NASDAQ Market is down 1.6 percent. We're approaching previous support levels and again, we just talked about this during our live session where I've decided to reduce my position size.

A lot of you guys know based off of the position that I took yesterday. Uh, on SQ I talked about the potential that I saw for this thing to Gap up to the same resistance that we've been testing. I'm ready to lock in profits on um, the shares that I do have left I'm up 21k on the day. This is not an average day for me.

this is a very very Green Day But I'm very excited to see where today goes right because because of this downgrade, I think that today could just be the start of a potential break-off pattern for Nasdaq I'm not sold on the idea and I'm still going to be very conservative and wait for confirmation. But as of right now, I'm going to stick to what my original goal was and that's to lock in profits as Kiki Q Finds Its Support here. I'm going to lock in profit on Skq as we test our resistance range right. But if NASDAQ Market does break this support then we have again taking get a further step back.

We have all of this to potentially lose and the more that QQQ loses, the more that Sqq rises. And could this be the start of a nice little bear run? We'll have to wait and see. There's no reason to try to predict the future. Let's just prepare for it.

And I'm very glad that I made my video yesterday and I met and again if you guys didn't watch my video yesterday. First off, there was no way in heck that I knew that this was going to happen 100 and right by the time the market opened right if I knew that I would have gone in with every penny to my name, right? But that's not the case. I Talked about my trade plan I talked about the risk to reward ratios the potential that I saw with NASDAQ selling off to previous reports of 375 Skq going back to retest 18 I didn't expect it to happen right at Market open I didn't expect it to be such negative selling pressure on overall NASDAQ Market but I explained it very clearly I explained it that it didn't have to go according to plan, but it was a risk what was over going to take and I simply size down on my position and then I added more to it as Direction became favorable. So I just wanted to keep you guys up to date, wanted you to understand what exactly happened and feel free to look a little bit more into it and exactly what happened back in 2011.

Now conditions are very different in 2011 than what they were or are now as markets seem to have been thriving. But when taking this into consideration, ask yourself a very simple question if you look back to 2011 and when they downgraded the credit rating from Triple A to double A plus it was also following a very similar scenario where the US was about to default. but then again, they had to extend our U.S debt ceiling. It's just very funny to now see that the White House and government officials are saying that they don't agree with this Fitch downgrade.

yet. if you look and think back to what was happening when they did sign the US debt ceiling deal, the market skyrocketed. But why does that not seem like a poor way to handle a government? And the United States right? It To me, it's not much of a surprise on why it's being downgraded, and hopefully this can encourage the United States Uh, to be more careful with not just being so loose in the way that it facilitates things right. It's a lot higher than expected and also we have a series of tech companies reporting earnings after the Market opens that I personally don't care about but it's PayPal and Shopify we got big Tech such as Amazon and Apple reporting earnings tomorrow after the market closes.
