The Lucid Motors and Apple rumours are true, Peter Rawlinson declined to comment when asked directly about Apple and Lucid working together. Under paragraph 202.03 of the NYSE rules, inappropriate rumours must be promptly denied.
However, its important to remember that Peter didn't specify HOW apple approached Lucid, whether apple have BEGGED Lucid to use their autonomous software, or maybe it was only about incorporating apple car play, SIRI or using an apple operating system instead of android.
In terms of the new lawsuit against CCIV $CCIV and Lucid Motors $LCID, its a class action lawsuit started by Randy Phillips from Alabama, he alleges that CCIV and Lucid made false and misleading statements, lying about delivery dates and production volumes.
However, I dont necessarily think that Peter Rawlinson and Lucid lied, but were impacted by the global chip shortage. The chip shorted has impacted almost all auto makers across the entire world, like Tesla or Nio, so it would be unfair to expect Lucid to be immune.

Lucid motor is fraud. They announced delay in production and delivery right after the emerging. Why didn't they announce it before the merging. All is nothing but scam.

On 23 February 2021 in an interview with Ed Ludlow of "Bloomberg News", Lucid announced the delay of deliveries from Q2 to H2. In that same interview Rawlinson, while discussing supplier problems as one of the reasons for the delay, explicitly said that chip shortages were not an issue due to "very savvy" purchasing agreements Lucid had made proactively with chip suppliers. So the suggestion that chip supplies is a contributor to Lucid's production delay seems off base, especially as blaming chip suppliers would have been a very convenient excuse on which to pin the blame for the delay — and one which likely would have been accepted at face value given how widespread the shortage has been.

Pump and dump. Their was a article written on the same topic back in March by the same person who conducted the Q&A. Idk why is a rumor since they article was written back in March 2021 regarding Cciv and Apple.
The chip shortage was announced after they put the numbers out
