Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior
All right, good morning everyone. Okay, so uh, let's see, it's about 8 55. We've got 35 minutes to the bell and I am up a thousand bucks. Not bad.
Good start and I'm gonna wait for the next setup on C-u-e-n This is already given. um, a nice breakout right here. Uh, consolidation wedge and then a break through 550 all the way up to a high of 636. but now it's extended.
You've got three green candles, Four green candles in a row. The high is 30. Oops, sorry. High is 36 pre-market so let it pull back.
Uh, could easily pull back on a five-minute setup and have a five-minute candle make a new low and then a new a new entry. It's back below six here. I'm just going to kind of let it set up. It struggled here at 595 and it did break above that level.
but now you see, it's back below it on the 10 second chart. so it could be uh, could be an issue. we'll see. So uh, let's see.
Leading gapper this morning is C-u-e-n It is up 113 percent. I remember each morning, same routine sitting down, breaking down the watch list Sls. Um, I see, is there news on it at 8 55. I'll take a starter.
Uh, so anytime. this is light volume so there's a bit more risk on this. so look at this. I'm adding for the break of 19.
anytime we see a stock make a move like this, I usually size up pretty aggressively adding there at 18.97 and looking for the squeeze through 19 up to 20 dollars. So this is one of those sort of classic setups. Big squeeze news hits and I jump in long looking for nineteen dollars holding right now. Buying the dip at 18 at 17, Uh, 77, high was 19..
So watch now for the break over 1850. Thank you for pointing this out. We've got some news on it. I'm adding here at 18, looking for the pop over 19? so back of mine Target 20.
Sls is a former momo stock one that has a history of making big moves, so I don't want to underestimate how much higher it could go holding right now and looking for a dip added at 57. So bought the dip right there and looking for the retest over Uh 18.50 So if we get the break of 1850, then we're looking for nineteen dollars holding eight thousand shares, watching the break back over 18. high back here was 1938, so that's kind of the daily level that I'm watching holding 5000 shares. Now High of this candle is 1843 New orders at 1844.
added right there. 1844 First one minute candle to make a new high and now looking for the test of 19. although that pullback is 35.. So I'm looking for 19.
on Sls, we're up 36 with news that hit at 8 55 a.m I'm going to cut the loss, gave back half of the profit. I'm gonna let it pull back high right there is, and I'm gonna do a dip, trade quick dip, buying the dip, and then look for the pot back up to 18.. So I'm just going to keep trading around this range because we're at the volume weight average price and then wait for the first one minute candle to make a new high for my ad watching. Uh, that first one minute candle to make a new high added at 1682 brings my average down a little bit high. This candle is 1750 and Cuen will still be on watch. But this one had news so I jumped on it quick. There's the headline on it, All right? Well, I got to stop out so gave back 75 percent of the profit I made on it. It's pulling back too much.
It's our seventh leading gap, seventh leading gapper right now. It should have held at the volume weight average price, pulled back too much. Well, that was a wild ride. C-u-e-n We'll keep this one on watch.
Hi is 6 36, Put an order at 6 40. this one's still our leading gapper, but I don't like the Sls pulled back that much. I'll keep it on watch. Its daily level is 1938.
Given that it's a former Momo stock, I jumped on it fast. It had already squeezed from 13 up to 15. Was adding there 16, 17, 18. I was 19..
This isn't a really good setup on C U E N right now, but it may end up as you can see breaking. We'll see what it does. I'm going to wait for a pullback. Easy come easy go.
That's right from up 16 000 to up 3 000. Gave back 13 000 on Sls so top of the gap scan still C Uen still up a thousand on that. Still green on the day which is good but have to wait for the next setup. 1615 could have been a spot for a one minute entry high is 16 645 so I try to take a trade there looking for the one minute micro pullback on that 10 second chart and then I look for the break.
This is the first one minute pullback so the next spot for me to be a buyer would be 655 and then 660 and we'll see if this ascends up towards seven. So I'll add there it's 55.. So now looking to ride this momentum and just like yesterday, if it breaks over 75 I will add if it breaks over 85 I will add so I added right there 75 74 to anticipate the break of 80 75. I keep adding every 10 cents as we approach 85 is my next ad spot 6.85 and then we look right there.
Added 85. Now looking for the squeeze up to Seven? This is our leading gapper so we've got so there's a 10 000 share seller so I'm taking some off the table. New order goes at 6.95 and I'm putting. um, let's see.
yeah, new order. Watching the dip here holding still 10 000 shares high was 90. and I'm adding at 77. So I bought the dip at 77.
This is a 10 second pullback and now I'm going to look for the retest of 690.. So I'm looking for the break of 688 690. see how we have this 10 second chart curling? So we're looking for the break over 6.85 There's a 10 000 share bid watching 88 added it 78. So buying the dip and I'm gonna look for that curl on the first one-minute candle to make a new high up over seven dollars? Hi, this is 690.
So new orders at seven, we're up 141 percent and my expectation would be that this continues to show strength because it's the leading gapper in the market. Today, Sls had the potential to become one of the top three leading gappers as it was squeezing up, but then gave back too much of its move. First one minute candle to make a new high is over 85. So let's look for the break of 685 on Cuen and then I'll look for Seven dollars. Yep, looking for that break of 90.. there we go. There's 85 86. We're ascending up into that 90 level.
There's 88. Can we break through 90.? let's give it another chance. Added to 84.. So holding 19 000 shares for the break of 6.90 81 by 82 10 million shares of volume on Cuen added again there at 78.
So buying that little dip and looking for that break through 690 our five minute chart. If we got a five minute pullback that would be okay and then a trade through 92. so I'll hold and let it pull back and then do dip trades off of 650. The half dollar.
That's a tap of our nine moving average right there. Looking for the break back over 85 for a retest of 90.. So the dips are getting bought up. As you can see, that was a little dip forms a bottoming tail.
so it got bought up. We've got 15 seconds left on this current, uh, five minute candle and then we'll be looking potentially the first five minute candle sort of after this pullback for the breakthrough 90. there's a 10 000 share bid at 80. there's 85 on the ask 86, 87, 88.
We're looking for that squeeze through 90. there's 88. There's 90.. Fifteen thousand share bid at eighty Five, Ten thousand share bid at 80.
Looking for the retest of 90. sold the rest. For now, I'm going to let it pull back and try to get a dip trade. At this point, it should have broken right there.
That was its third attempt at 90.. So I'm going to put a new order at 50 65. try to get a dip trade off of this support level right down here 57. So if my order's at 65, that gives me about a 5 cent offset Sls, I'm going to keep on watch if it can get back over Vwap, but I'm not sure whether or not that happens.
So as a reminder for those tuning in, Um, I wasn't expecting to take that trade on Sls so quickly, but news popped up and it was moving so jumped in. Wrote that momentum a little bit all the way up to 16 000 and then gave back profit. Uh, down 13 000 off the top. so up 3 000 on that one.
In case you didn't already know, trading is risky. Easy come easy go. Just like that. could be up ten thousand, then back down ten thousand.
C Uen has been a little bit better, but has struggled to break this critical level of seven that I was hoping to see here. This is a interesting chart, has basically no volume and then all of a sudden, uh, reverse split and volume kind of starts in this area here, so we'll be above all these levels. We do have news on this stock today, which is good. Um, it starts to get a little more exciting, probably over ten dollars and I'm not sure if we're going to see that, but I'll be watching those levels blin I looked at earlier.
Look at it again. Yeah, getting back over the V app would be important. So the load down here of this candle is 65. It pulled back but not that much which is good. but it's not the five minute setups. I think it needs a five minute pullback. I could be wrong. Sls just broke down a little bit more, kind of was attempting maybe a curl and then just dipped again.
Alf? I'm not interested in that one right now. selling off too much. High here was 85 on Cuen. I'll watch it for, uh, the next five minute setup.
but I'm not a buyer right here. I would be selling from my dip down at 65 but I didn't get filled. Xcla. We watched that one a little bit yesterday and it's pulled back.
I think too much right now for me. Okay, so this five-minute candle is closing. I'm going to look for a dip off of 65. it doesn't look like I'm gonna get one.
so I got to just buy it here for the break. First five minute candle to make a new high and then I'll add over seven so added right there and looking for the squeeze up to 725.. 710 is the next ad spot so added right there at 710.. Looking for this to ascend up to 725 730 736 would be a good profit target.
I think let's see if we get that high. I'm holding 12 000 shares, took a little off the table. High is 16. New order is at 7 20.
as long as it holds seven, I can do a dip trade off of seven. It's just a little extended on the one minute. but high is uh 7 16. Makes sense to take a little profit and then look to add back.
That was the first five minute candle to make a new high right here on the five minute chart. It's a valid five minute setup. And then I look for the first one minute candle to make a new high adding there at 708. So bought that dip.
Now looking for the squeeze through 7 17 and 7.25 First 1 minute candle to make a new high will be over 16. we've got 30 seconds left on the current 1 minute candle orders at 21, another order at 19.. dips off of 7 are good areas for support Watch over 716. So this is the first one-minute candle to make a new high right here.
See how that candle closed next candle over 7 15. You have a one minute micro pullback setup. There's a ten thousand share bid. There's fifteen, there's seventeen holding four thousand shares.
New orders at Twenty one still have a 10 000 share bid there at Uh 7 10. we're up 156 percent, sold the rest at 10. I'm gonna look for a dip off of seven orders at 702. We have about 13 12 minutes to the bell and I think what I'm noticing here right now, this candle on the one minute is looking like a bit of a false breakout.
There's 20 000 share bid at 5 705 that could present a dip opportunity. Let's see if we come back down and then I can get into those six watching added at 06.. So bought 12 000 shares at 706. I saw the bid at 7.05 It started to get filled but it didn't fill.
and now look for the retest of 7 15.. So I saw that on the level two holding six thousand shares, let's see if it breaks over seven. Fifteen stop break even on the rest. look for a dip off of 701 702, low is 705. nice on blin. Nice break of the V. Wap it's the second leading gap. We're up 61, but it's well off its pre-market highs, whereas Cuen is right is that the pre-market highs right here.
The only problem is that we've already had the first, second, and third pullback. Third pullback was the weakest of them all. Long at 702 4000 shares, just a starter. I want to see if it holds seven, Sometimes they'll break below and then if they can get right back above it and hold that level, then that presents a nice dip because it's a bottoming tail added at 702 704.
So now kind of positioning myself for the first, uh, one minute candle to make a new high back over 713, it hit seven, did not break. So now that to me is a sign of strength. I mean it broke, but it got right back above it. So over 712 would be my next ad for a retest of high of day 719 720.
So I'm going to add over 712. I'm just waiting to see 712 711 print. There's 10 on the ask, there's 11 waiting for 12 to add, there's 10 on the Ask 10. I've got my hand on the hotkey, so watching 10, there's 10 green on the tape.
I'm looking for 12. First 1 minute candle making new high technically right there. so there's 12 added. Now looking for 25.
very nice. Taking a little off the table at 23 and 18 and holding now 3 000 shares high of that candle is 25.. So notice the whip, that false break of 7, and then that squeeze through the high. I would typically consider that to be a bear trap.
A bear trap encourages short sellers on the break of seven and then all of a sudden it squeezes back up and they are forced to cover. It's the inverse of a bull trap, the high of this candle now 734. So still holding 3200 shares and now the question is, can I get another dip on this? It's just getting a little expensive. I'm going to take a quarter off the table there just to reduce my risk a little bit more, but there is an 18 15 000 share buyer right there at 30..
Micro Pullback: 35.39 You know it's going higher. So where the problem here now is? Had a great entry sold a little too soon and now where do I get back in? I'm going to take a little more off the table at 57 and I'm going to wait now for the next one minute pull back or or actually probably a 10 second pullback for my next entry. What I think is maybe happening is a little bit of a short squeeze here. We're seeing this moving a little faster and we have no resistance until 9.75 that I see.
so our high there 62 is it going to hold the half dollar adding at 60.. So now I'm starting to dial in for that parabolic squeeze up to 7. sorry up to 8. adding at 80 right there and now looking for the squeeze through eight adding right here.
I want to ride that momentum over Eight dollars. 95 is the next ad spot added at 95 right there. So we're looking for that pop through Eight Dollars parabolic momentum as we get closer to the open dips are going to get bought up I think. So I'm going to try to buy the dips for that squeeze up through eight. This is still very strong. Bought the dip at 74. So watching the first pullback and now on the 10 second chart that squeeze over 75 85, 95 break of 8 and then 850 975 daily resistance. We've got about six minutes to the bell.
So what we have going for us on this is that the dips keep getting bought up. Watch over 85. There's 80 on the Ask 50 000 share bid at 75 so that's a big bid showing us some short sellers getting squeezed out a bit. I'm thinking on this, a trade at the open will be the squeeze through 8 up to Eight fifty and then Nine Seventy Five.
back at my target. We're up 179 percent with news. So just like before, we're going to watch for the first one minute candle to make a new high. So I'm going to put orders.
Let's see, with four minutes to the bell, I think what I'm going to do is probably hold this position and then I'm going to switch to my retirement account. So I want to hold this position through the open and then in my retirement account, I'm going to try to actively trade. So in my main account, if I can hold that for a move up to 850 up to nine, then in my retirement account, I'll actively trade in this range with an order at eight dollars high. This candle right there is ninety.
So watching this account for sort of its own trades for the break of eight, buying the dip at 84 and looking for the squeeze through 95 as we ascend higher closer to eight at the Open. Watching over 95 to add. So my ad spot is 95.. once I see 95 print, I'll be adding for the break of eight dollars there's 91..
Hands on the hotkey. Three minutes to the Bell. adding at 94 right there and looking for the squeeze over eight dollars. Nice.
First attempt. High is 808. Now over 810 is the next ad spot. So watching eight dollars and 10 cents.
bought the dip at 92. So Diptrade in it. Uh 792. there's 8, 14 over 815 is the next ad added 813.
now looking for the squeeze up to 825. still have the position in my main account while I'm trading this here. High is 819. we've got uh, two minutes to the bell.
819 is my next ad. Bought the dip at 14 for the Breakthrough 819 looking for 825 then 850. back of mine Target daily level 9.75 That's the potential at 8 11. Right there for the break through 8 20.
we've got 2 minutes to the Bell watch over 16 and 17. there's 15 on the ask looking for 16 17. about 90 seconds to the bell. New orders at 8 25.
add spots over 8 15. dip trade. Buying the dip there at 8 12. there's a seller so I'm trying to buy it up.
Then looking for the break through 8 20. we've got 18 million shares of volume up 192 percent. There's 13 14. 15. there's a 18. nice spike there. there's 20. Now new order.
I'm putting it up to 850. added right there at 20. we've got 30 seconds to the bell and I'm looking for a squeeze at the open to 850.. we've got 20 seconds to the bell.
We're up 194 percent looking for the squeeze up to 850.. So right at the open, I'm going to look to add four seconds to the bell. adding right there. Looking for the breakthrough 50 holding smaller size dip trade? We'll be off of eight added at 811.
Bought the dip, still holding a smaller position here, holding four thousand shares in my main account, looking for the break of 850 added at 27, looking for the break of 850 21 million shares of volume right now. if I see 40 print adding right there, 40 looking for 50 and then the squeeze up to 9. there's 50. taking some profit 51 Will we get the move all the way to Nine? Add it at 58..
So now over 68 I'll keep adding 78. Looking for that move? Up to nine dollars Watching 65 a little churn, taking some profit 65 to my next ad spot. High of day is 61 orders at 65. these are volatile.
Easy come easy. Go. Have to be very careful trading it up here. it's extended, we're forming a topping tail and there's the the Dip adding.
at 90 801 for a dip trade. Will we get the break back over eight to eight? ten watching here? Added at Ninety two. So bought twenty thousand shares there on the dip. Now looking for 825, 850 for that curl? Back up over Eight selling the rest of it at 97.
dip trade at 86, 84 and 77 10 000 shares. Buying the dip for the retest of eight. this is the support of our nine moving average of our 20 moving average holding 5000 shares. sold the rest For now, look for another dip possibly off of 850 or 750.
added at 59 15 000 shares. Buying the dip Looking for the curl? First one minute candle to make a new high First Green candle is what I'm looking for. Back over 80. So now you see a little bit of momentum as it curls back up.
Will we get 85? That's a bottoming tail there. There's 83. Took some profit off the table. high of this candle right now is 7.90 New orders at Eight.
We may have resistance at Eight, so I'm gonna let it pull back and then look for another entry for the break over eight added right there. First one minute candle to make a new high? Looking for the break back over Eight dollars? There we go. There's Eight Ten taking some profit 807. new orders 825.
high of this candle is 819. if we break 825 we're gonna look for a second attempt at Eight Fifty. Adding right there. Eight Twenty.
Now looking for the curl? Up to Eight Thirty Eight Forty. Taking some profit off at Thirty Eight. Added at Fifty. we going to get the squeeze over 65.
adding 75. Next ad spot. looking for the squeeze up to Nine dollars. Sold. Uh, that for a loss. Diptrade added it. 804 6000 shares, sold the rest. Uh, lost 4 000 on that.
Wow, Look at that volatility. High 870 low of that candle, 740 up 60 thousand dollars. Wow. 33 million shares of volume.
What a morning. Wow, what a finish to the month of June. Wow. That dip trade was well done.
I mean that was a beautiful dip. Got an awesome move all the way back to the high. I thought we were going to get parabolic squeeze through 850 865, 875, 885 halt going up nine. and then I don't know.
All of a sudden down. Big drop. So that's a big false breakout. I gave back some some money on that.
Um, I lost. Let's see. I added six thousand shares at eight and stopped at Seven Forty. So that was a four thousand dollar loss there.
And um, I had added. I had eight thousand shares at Eight, Uh, Sixty. and I stopped on those at Eight Twenty Six. So that was forty cents.
So eight times four. So lost about six thousand dollars off the top. So giving back ten percent off the top is not bad. Uh, as far as I'm concerned, it's six thousand dollars.
A lot of money, but relative to the gains, it's not. That's not bad. so it's 9. 36 I didn't even really get a chance to give you guys a really good watch list or a good breakdown.
All of a sudden it was Sls ripping up on that news and then fading unfortunately and then switching gears real quick back over to Cuen, which was the first stock I had traded today and continued trading that right into the open. The break of seven, the break of 750, then 750, then eight, and we got that nice squeeze all the way up to a high high of day. um, 870. Blin had a halt.
Uh, it looks like the high was 76. I had commented on this that I wasn't sure about it because it was a little bit below its pre-market highs. So I don't know, um, how folks did today, but I see Benjamin posting five thousand, eight hundred, seventy Three dollars, and eighty four cents on C. Uen Damian's posting three hundred Forty Seven Dollars someone posted yesterday that comparison is the thief of joy, so that was a good, um, good quote and I think a good reminder not to constantly compare yourself to others.
I'm sure there's someone out there that made a hundred thousand dollars on this and so I could compare myself to them. There might be someone out there who bought it yesterday or I don't know, whatever is a million dollars on it. so there's always someone that's going to be making more money than you If you want to constantly compare yourself to those people, you can constantly feel bad about yourself or you can be grateful for what you have. But without a doubt trading is risky.
Those out there streaming on Youtube and Facebook. Most beginner traders lose money. all right. So you have a high likelihood of losing money, and with that in mind, you should trade in the simulator. You shouldn't put real money on the line until you've proven you can be profitable in a Sim. It's advice that a lot of people don't take. I wish I had taken it and I didn't either. I I traded with real money and I lost real money and next halt going up is uh, 6? 20 on blin? Uh, looks like it is going for another halt going up.
maybe. Nice moves on it. So this is one that went without me and this is a thing we talked about yesterday. Opportunity Cost can only focus on so many stocks at once and sometimes you know the one you end up focusing on isn't the one that makes the big move.
Or it does. but then you miss something else. So right now I'm just going to kind of watch. I want to cool down a little bit because I had some aggressive trades and I don't want to get too overconfident.
I would obviously say that if by some miracle C-u-e-n looks like it's going back to 850 that we could still get that, uh, move up to 9.75 the daily level that I had marked out. but it's uh, seems like a bit of a wild card and would be hard to trust. But I don't know if it wants to burn. short sellers.
It wants to burn long traders. Look at this. Where do I trade it up here? Quick Long there. Now looking for an ad over 70.
added at 70 and I'm aggressively taking the profit off the table. I'm not overstaying my welcome on this. I saw what it did last time, but I'll consider dip trades if it can hold these levels over nine. 924 is the next halt level.
Looks like short sellers stepping up here. I'm gonna do a dip trade at 63 for the breakthrough nine. If it breaks nine, I'm a buyer watching. Adding right there for the break in nine added.
there's 9 20. I'm taking it off the table. New order: Hi 925 adding at 911 right here. it's holding this level.
looking for the squeeze. Now up to 9.50 holding. we'll buy the dip, add it on the dip, cut the loss. Oh my God.
I got it. got me again. So see, see how fast? See how fast that just happened. I was up.
eighteen thousand dollars. Sixteen thousand dollars and I lost fourteen grand. Just like that. I, you know it's it's so hard with these types of stocks.
You know I chased it. I made another three or four grand and then gave it right back. Just like that. It's so fast.
Could this have also gone to 9, 50 and 10? Yeah, it could have. but it didn't And once it started to drop, all of a sudden it just dropped so hard. So fast, the same as it did before I fell right into the trap. I fell right into it.
That was a bull trap. Now it was a bit of a bear trap. Also, short sellers got squeezed on the break of nine. But then I tried to buy the dip off nine and then it dropped a dollar a share.
Twelve thousand shares gone just like that. So those that don't think you can lose money fast, There you go. I just lost 15 grand so puts me from up 60 000 to up 52 000 and they can't complain. But uh, that's how fast it can happen. Easy come easy go. So at this point since I would have been up, um well, I would have been up about 68 000 or 67 000. I probably need to slow it down pretty big time. I don't want to go red in this account.
I'm kind of done in this account for now at 49 000. And in this account, blin halting again going up. You know if we have hot momentum today and clearly we do, Blin is up at 89 percent. C Uen has gone crazy so there may be more opportunities, but I've got to be really, really careful.
I don't want to give back. I don't want to take another loss like the one I just did. So golly, what a morning! Good time to put up the as a reminder. Trading is risky.
Easy come easy go. So I'm gonna. Yeah, that's a good idea. So I'll reduce my share size.
Um, I'll reduce my share size down to 10 000 shares. Although honestly you know 10 000 shares of Ceun is a lot different kind of risk profile than Blin. These are trading in a different way. Blind I I don't know we'll see.
I don't see news on it on my Um platform, but I'm not really familiar with this Ddl stock. Um, was this it's light volume. Was this like an ipo from yesterday? Yeah, so high was 30 dollars. I don't know, these ones are sometimes can be good but this chart is such a mess on C Uen.
it's like I haven't seen a chart like that in a while. and look now it's coming back up. So is there an opportunity to ride it back up? But be very careful not to overstay my welcome. Maybe our high a day is 25.
it broke the previous high by 50 cents. So if we broke 25 then maybe we would get that move to 9.75 But I don't know. I already gave back a good chunk and there you go. So this time it didn't come up as far before it started that drop.
I think that chart needs to settle out a little bit. There may be more in it, but the best uh entry would be a dip. But it's hard to have confidence in the dips when they drop as much as they as they have. So I can tell you that if I take any more trades on this, they are extremely risky, so just be mindful of that.
But always great for practicing in the simulator and kind of testing things out. We'll see how strong it is. Blin we can watch this on resumption. It's pre-market high is 7 33.
It's on its second halt in a row, but the previous one open kind of dipped down, popped up, dipped down, again, then popped up so it's a little choppy. a lot of stocks hitting the high day momentum scanner giving it another stab. Let's see if we get the break of nine holding at 78, holding 1900 shares, selling them at 83. Better to be safe than sorry.
Add it back at 99. Quick trade over uh, Nine and then looking for 925. That kind of parabolic move up to 9.50 Let's see if we get C Uen over 9 and then 950. There's 98, watch the break of 99 and then a quick test of 19 watching for dips just holding. here. We'll see if we get that break of 9 and then 925 870 could be a dip spot. So a little bit of a dip here. same as before.
not too bad. Still bullish on the five minute. So now we're gonna look for that. Pop back up and the breakthrough Nine Well done.
For those that have traded this aggressively, there's been some great opportunities on it, so watch over 75 85 95 Second attempt through Nine Dollars. Hi this candle is 90 890. first five minute candle to make a new high will be over 8.90 It's a five minute setup. Cut the loss.
I'm gonna shut it down. Stopped at the low of that pullback so that's gonna be it for me. Went for you know. Last two trades both red, so big swing I guess in both accounts.
Today Cuen is just getting too choppy nice on Astc or Asts so puts me up 46 000. Gave back about 20 000 off the top, but a great finish to the month. 46 000 is still a fantastic day. You know the tough thing with these is, um, you know, reminding yourself that you've got to take profit off the table at a certain point.
You got to say, all right, I gotta, I gotta get green and stay green. Can't overstay my welcome. So you know, on some of those trades I could have just held and they would have come back up. But what about getting caught in a halt going down the one time it doesn't come back up? Oh thank you on Blan news posted last night.
I have to look for that playlist. I don't know where where it is Ipw, so you got halts up, open, higher, Dip down. Uh, sorry, I was looking at Ipw over on the side. Blin.
Yup, you've got a high there of seven 708 Ipw from eight up to ten. Some nice momentum on that one. Nice on Ipw. See Uen breaking down there, breaking that ascending support line.
those streaming on Facebook and Youtube. Thank you guys for tuning in today! Roller Coaster Wild day? Uh, but a green day? Uh, at least in my main account. not in my retirement account, but uh, green. So that's good.
And in case you didn't know, on Tuesday, I'm gonna be starting a small account challenge starting over with Uh 2 500 in my account so I will have a lot less buying power than I had today that's for sure. so you'll be able to tune in for that if you are in the chat room. So over the weekend I did a video on the seven do's and don'ts of trading in a small account so I'll break those down for you here. briefly.
Number one: Don't swing for home runs or put it all on like out of the money option contracts where you're trying to triple your account in one trade. That's not realistic. While I did take some big trades On C Uen percentage-wise you know, from 7.75 up to Uh to 825 or whatever, you know that's still like a 5 winner, 10 winner. Those are base hits as far as I'm concerned.
I was able to get several of them today. Number Two do take base hit, so five to ten percent. Number Three don't change a profitable strategy to accommodate brokerage fees and commissions. Fees and commissions are going to be a bigger piece of the pie for me. Uh, next week in the small account, I'm prepared for that. It's not a big deal. Once the account grows, the commissions will be a smaller factor, but as I get started, they will be a bigger factor and that's just part of the deal. Number four: do prove profitability in a simulator before you put real money on the line.
Number Five: don't use leverage or margin if you don't understand how it works. Number Six do fund the account with a cushion, so if you have a couple red days, you're not gonna have to, you know, get liquidated or have to fund your account again on the next day. Seven: Don't expect to get rich quick, or expect to generate any substantial income with a small account. A small account is about proof of concept.
Prove that you can be profitable, prove that you can manage risk that you know what you're doing. If you could do that, then that's when you start thinking about funding a real account. A bigger account. Yesterday's high on Ddl was 30 dollars, so this is approaching 30.
it's a kind of hard one to get a read on big spreads light volume resistance most likely here at 30 and it's extended on the 5 and the 1. it broke through 30. hit 30 69 on the ask, but 3007 on the bid. That's a huge spread.
So you've got four huge green candles in a row chasing um into a candle like that is Uh is not a great situation. Yeah, that's that's correct. Max, That's that's about what it was. So all right, so that counts on the side.
So 3 700 in the red in my retirement account from up 16 000 kind of screwed that up. I don't have a specific goal for the small account challenge like in terms of a monetary goal. I really never do well the first one, the second one. I guess I did a 583 dollars.
My goal was to turn it into a hundred grand. I didn't expect to do that in uh, as short of a time as I did, but that that that was the goal at the time. So but I don't have a goal of turning this into a hundred grand or anything like that. I'm not going to trade in it for very long.
it's just going to be uh, really. The first couple weeks of showing you how to trade, how or how I trade. when the account is really small. like 2500 bucks.
I would say on the first day my goal would be like 200. I'd like to be able to make uh, 10 of the account. 250 would be good. So if I'm up 200 250, I'll probably stop there and wait till the next day.
Then I'll come in the next day with 2700. try to make 270 bucks. Next day I'll come in with over three thousand. Let's try to hit 300 that day.
Next day I'll be at 3 30 come in or 3 300. come in at. You know that and try to make whatever 350. then I'll be up towards 35 3600.
Then I'll try to make 400 and just kind of start sizing up. But you know we'll see. I don't know what the market's going to give me and when you're in a small account, you do have to be a little bit careful with some of the higher priced stocks. Ddl I think is just awfully extended here. I think that this is something that people would be loving to short, so I think this is too risky. Right now it may provide an opportunity, but right now it's It's a little too risky. It's a little too extended so we'll have to wait a few minutes. Was that a circuit breaker halt on Ddl? Yeah.
Okay, all right. Well, I'm going to turn off the Youtube broadcast here. Thank you guys for tuning in. It's 10 a.m I'm gonna shut it down and I'll be back at it tomorrow so we'll see you guys then.
Oh C-e-r-e popping back up a little red to green move and it's got a bit of a ways to go after hours high was 33 34 so that's we're a little ways off from that. So um. anyways, um, thank you guys for tuning in. I hope you hit the thumbs up and I'll be back tomorrow.
Reminder again. Trading is risky. Most beginner traders lose money and my results are not typical You should expect to lose money as a beginner trader, and with that expectation in mind, trading a simulator before you ever put real money on the line. All right, Trade smart, you.
Jesus, I don't even have those type of losses in forex. That's not to say I haven't seen MASSIVE movement in the span of a minute. I have, but not any kind that would cause losses like that.. it would though for sure if multiple lots were used. If it was 10 lots a 30 pip move means $3000 losses so..
The way Ross trades seems to be quite different to what he has described in his trading book. He is buying even when there is no obvious setup (e.g. bull flag, flat top etc.). On what basis is he buying on what seems to be random points ? Obviously he has a method which works so would be nice for anyone to shed some light on this
absolutely incredible. The talent here is ridiculous.
How do you find the stocks before they run?
Ross, do you go long mostly?
Hi Ross, what is the platform you are using? and what is the scanner? thank you

If you short sold MRIN around noon then you must have eaten a hearty breakfast and you must have been watching CNBC at 5 am. So much gold fell from the sky today.
These live trade sessions are good viewing, much better than the recaps which I always thought were more like a video trade journal. π
great
