Good morning guys welcome back we're gon na run through the market this morning, as we normally do right now, i got my charts. A little simplified um, probably just the best way to go about doing things um going forward. It always is easiest just doing the things simplest, so that being said, let's jump into it all right, so your resistance zone right now on the spy is up here. Your support level right now is down here, probably some different levels when we get to the spy or sorry the nasdaq, all right so for right now, on a bull side, move to the upside you'd expect those are your targets, okay and also areas that you could See pull backs at okay and on the downside you should think this is your potential bounce, slash support level so and target so downside target move would be like 437, arguably some bounces there.

Now these will update when the market opens. These could shift a little lower. This could shift a little higher, just kind of depends uh, but as it stands right now, those are pretty much your targets on the day. Okay for the spine, so downside destination, 434, 73 upside destinations for 40 28 to just call it 442.

all right. Moving over to the nasdaq all right, so we move to the nasdaq. You will see um. The nasdaq actually has some support.

That's closer or yeah closer to the price action right now than the spy did so either way. Support zone levels prices to pay attention to. As it stands, now is three three six, eight six and three three, four, nine six. So these two prices right there and your uh resistance level on the upside for the nasdaq you'd be paying attention to is three forty five.

Eighty two now something to consider. Is you see how far away 385.42 is it's all the way up a dare? Well if we were to look back at the spy, the spy has levels all like right here, just over its pre-market level, which will pop to here right now. So if you go back to the spy, all right, you're going to see that the spy has levels right over its pre-market level, all right or pre-market high, and if you look at the nasdaq, the nasdaq does not so the way you think about that is in The event the market was actually going to run up to this price point 345. 82.

On the nasdaq. You would first need to see all the pre-market high levels get surpassed or gain acceptance on the spy, so there's levels on the spy you'd want to be watching. Prior to trying to run the nasdaq to 345.82, okay and it's kind of the same scenario on the downside, but vice versa, all right! If you look at the downside, potential move on the spy, it's all the way down to three or sorry, 434.73, all right! So when you go and look at the nasdaq you're gon na see the nasdaq has levels prior to that which is at 336.86. So, in order for the spy to get to its downside destination, you'd first need to take out the level here on the nasdaq which had very good support yesterday, a little blip through, but back up all right.

So that's the way the market kind of stands uh. This morning, uh, we could keep talking more about it, but there's really not a whole whole big need to all right. So i will cover a couple more things, but for the most part, that's it by the end of the day, all said and done, the market will probably touch this point or this point or probably touch that point right now what i'm looking at for. I guess you could say direction into those levels is.
If we look at the pre-market chart, you can see this kind of split area right there and this one right here. So, in the event you see in the price get up and through there good chance of markets is going to shoot up to 440 28, and if we can get above this and hold the pullback off of it, then we would talk about going to here. So for me, going through the day what it would look like is markets get through this point i would say we're probably going to touch that point and if we surpass this point, then i'd wait for a pullback to retest that break and then arguably try to Go to here all right, vice versa, flip it around markets through this low point pre-market to me, looks like the market's probably getting some weakness at that point i um well. At that point i wouldn't be looking at the spy.

I'd actually be looking at the nasdaq. So let me go over there and so then, if you look at the nasdaq you'll see why the nasdaq bounced here right. So the reason that the market and spy bounce, because the nasdaq has this statistical probability level right there. Okay, so in the event we're actually getting through this below and holding pullbacks off of, then i would try to go downwards all right.

So let me zoom out some. I guess i went further than i probably thought i was but yeah so like in this case. If you're looking downwards, you know getting through, this is interesting: blah blah blah, but you'd really want to be getting below that price point and holding a pullback off of it. So the levels can update a little bit going into the open, but for now you're pretty much looking at the price point of 336.86 on the nasdaq um down in below that and holding a pullback off of it downwards, you would then target to 334.96 right.

So if the market goes down breaks down bounces back before now, let me say this. This is also another important thing if we zoom in here now. This is if these two price points stayed the exact same, but they're, probably not they'll, probably update a little bit open. You know, i don't know exactly what that's going to be, but the idea is in the event you went down break 336.86, okay and the price does not immediately run down to 334.96 and that's taken into consideration.

These prices don't move at all which they probably will. But for now it would be breakthrough 336, which is the pre-market low. Okay breakthrough does not immediately run down to the next price point. Okay, so you want to do this break down a little bit.
Pull back, re-test hold below enter bearish, targeting max down to 334 96 within that setup, and then you could expect probably a bounce here that either retests that level and then falls into a short later or if it doesn't actually hold. You would then get a break, and at this point the move is going to be getting over extended on the downside, where bottom bounce reversal traders will probably come in on the day like myself, and then we would look to reverse the market back to that level. Okay, so it's all just a matter of how things play out, but for now break down, look for short off that target down to here, and that would be your plan, okay, um. So who knows how everything's gon na shake out all said and done? But i know exactly the levels i'm watching and where i'm watching and that's about as close as i can get it to you, guys before market open, um and real quickly, i'll just run through these list of stocks that are on this scanner over here, not to Say they're going to be the greatest players of the day, but a little penny stock avgr just started popping up here today.

This is in the health care field or healthcare sector uh, so avgr, just a recent pop today um doesn't look anything too crazy hcne, which is also a newer one. That's not that we're gon na look at navb um, arguably getting a little high up there, but stss was another one, this one's kind of interesting, because it's a recent ipo, that's getting some volatility, so it might be worth keeping your eyes on that one as well, And then there's another one: aytu aytu is another one that popped up and now it's kind of fading out. So just a couple of random penny stocks popping up, but when they start popping like this, it's usually good to keep your eye on them. For another couple days, because they might give you another secondary pop, so for one this just jumped up today about 30 40 percent right.

So if this pulls back down to the areas of 95 cents, you might get. You know 10 cents 13 bounce. Something like that. But anyways i will catch you guys on the next video everybody take care.
