Ken Griffin is selling off even more assets, a clear sign that he is struggling and is going bankrupt.
Ken Griffin recently sold off a property in Miami for $18.5m, which he purchased for $24m but was actually valued at $44m at the time of sale.
Ken recently sold off another property for only $10m that he paid $13m for back in 2014, that property much be valued right now at $30-40m!
He's also selling off 3 more properties! desperate for cash!
Ken is also suggesting that meme stocks falling is good for the economy... good for the economy or good for his pocket? AMC is only valued at $3bn which is a tiny fraction of the $50tn economy...

could be something, maybe not…i was reading a florida article which said he bought adjacent properties next to his (three) for 10's of millions and razed them to make room for his mega mansion.
You would think KG would have gone public with his company by now and retire. But I can imagine his books are very dirty.
KG selling his properties at a small loss now because he knows the everything bubble is going to pop. Better to sell for a small loss now than a large loss later. Then try buy back for even less. In my opinion.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.
Those properties could have been bought through Citadel and needs to disassociate these places from the company
