In today’s episode of the Tom Ferry Podcast Experience, I’m sharing a conversation I had with my dear friend, Dr. Daniel Amen that we had as part of our Pivot program. This conversation delivered so much value on how to take care of your brain during this time, that I had to share it with you!
Dr. Amen shared important steps for you to take action on improving your sleeping habits, how to think positive thoughts, and being consistent with your daily routines.
We also talk about how it’s never too late to take care of your mental health, especially now and why you should regularly check on your brain!
