We are quickly moving to a DEFLATIONARY environment as supply is catching up with demand and the stimulus (unemployment, forbearance etc etc etc is coming to an end). This is terrible for things like commodities, RE, and relatively good for tech stocks

I know this is your channel and you can do whatever you like but hope you will take the feedback in the right sense because you are bringing very good information to general public
Interest rates will be going up, by Q3 or Q4 of 2022 … NO NEED FOR FUD RIGHT NOW! Just relax and make huge gains on growth and tech throughout the rest of 2021 instead of putting your money where it does nothing at all. Next year is early enough to be more cautious about inflation kicking in.

The Petro-dollar is finished. We will experience deflation for years to come, not INFLATION! I would expect high interest rates with a healthy economy. Guess what, I don't expect high interest rates. What I believe is going to happen is we could possibly go back on a gold standard.
