What inspires you to stay in an energized state?

So start with that tiny little habit of saying, “Today is going to be an amazing day!” or even stretching for five minutes! Your head can be a scary place to be, but it’s all about those small habits that will make it better.

The vast majority of people have already quit on their goals, they've already stopped, they stopped believing they stopped. Looking for the inspiration, what inspires you? I was in this conversation with dr daniel lammon just a week or so ago, and we were talking about things that we can do that create inspiration, things that make us want to move forward. If you look at the definition of inspiration, it's imbued with the spirit to act. It's this feeling that i've got to go out and i've got to go.
Do something we're still just a few weeks in the vast majority of people have already quit on their goals. They've already stopped, they stopped believing they stopped. Looking for the inspiration, daniel layman said to me it's about the tiny habits, it's about the little things that we do and the little things that we say that keep us in this energized state. I challenge you just for today, or maybe for the week what, if you just woke up and did a tiny little habit that he recommends, and so do i is, it means you wake up, and the first thing you say is today is going to be an Amazing day today is going to be an amazing day if you've been with me, live in an event.
I will try and interrupt people's pattern by literally saying turn to your neighbor and say your head is a scary place to be, and everybody laughs and everybody agrees and i say, inspiration. The ability to be imbued with the spirit to act comes from having a healthy thought, a positive thought moving you forward in your life, ready to take action. I know your head can be a scary place. I get it, but what? If? Just for today, you woke up and said today is going to be an amazing day and you made it happen.
Tom, I finally learned what you mean when you say 'Do the thing, have the power. Do NOT the thing, have NOT the power". I'll admit, that used to not make any sense to me. But then I realized recently that what you mean is, we can't WAIT for us to feel confident or deserving of success before we do what we know we need to do. We have to just do it, CONSISTENTLY, building the daily work habits even long before we see the results. We'll then develop the self-confidence and the feeling that we deserve true success, even before we experience it. Thank you for that.
