What's up you guys, it's graham here so for those who don't know about eight months ago, i relocated from los angeles over to las vegas and in the process i put down a deposit on the home you're about to see today now back then i gave a Tour of the unfinished property, while it was still under construction. I then gave an update video once the furniture arrived, but there was a problem in the previous video. The home was not done yet and half the house was unfinished and it's been a perpetual work in progress until today, after seven months of patiently waiting, i'm really excited to show you the final finished house tour. Now that everything is completely done and we'll be showing you a complete before and after so you can see all the work that was done along the way, because i got ta say there have been a lot of changes made here that you will be seeing now For the first time, so we'll start off with the outside of the home, so we can get some of the basic stats out of the way the home itself is just over 3 800 square feet, four bedrooms: three and a half bathrooms, and two offices.
When i was first showing this area, it was a complete construction mess and they hadn't even installed the brick along the driveway. But now, as you can see, everything is done. The landscape went in and at night we have a few lights that turn the house into a spaceship, but i digress come inside just make sure to smile for the camera. Well, when we first moved in this entry was completely empty.
The tile floors had just been installed and it was a completely blank canvas with these massive 25-foot ceilings. But now all the work is done and it's absolutely perfect. I absolutely love when you walk in this is the main focal point. It's a 310 gallon reef aquarium.
Put together by infinity aquariums and it's my total pride and joy steven at top shelf aquatics was also kind enough to send over a whole bunch of fish and coral. My first boss chris recently came over and sent me all these snails and hermit crabs from world wide corals. Now i'm probably talking too much about the aquarium at this point, and i know you came for a house tour so if you want more aquarium content, just let me know - and i will include it in future videos but overall the entire entry was designed to make A statement and that's why we accent the two of the walls in black and install the hanging light fixture from the ceiling, and then we move on to the kitchen. Originally, when i first posted about the kitchen, it was a completely massive open space with a huge center island, waterfall, countertops and tall ceilings, but now it's completely transformed into this.
The first item we got to address is the refrigerator now. Originally, i waited until black friday to get a really good deal on a kitchenaid refrigerator. That would perfectly fit this space and it was scheduled to arrive within about two to three weeks. But little did i know that appliances were about to be on a severe back order due to inventory and supply chain issues. So, for the last six months, we've been improvising with a small mini refrigerator from amazon, and we somehow made that work for three people, but just recently, after a half a year of waiting, the original refrigerator was delivered, and now the kitchen is finally complete. Now, next to the refrigerator, we got more counter space along with some champagne and decorative candies, and then behind that we have the pantry again at first i was worried. This would be too big and there would be no possible way to fill it all up. But somehow we've managed and when people come over and they bring stuff that we don't end up using it just kind of winds up here and we keep it on this side, i'm building up a mini book collection.
In fact, all of these books were sent to us by subscribers to the po box and at some point i do plan to go through all of them right after i go and make some coffee now for sale at bankrollcoffee.com yeah seriously. I just came out with my own coffee now for sale at bankrollcoffee.com, and i am surprised at how quickly we nearly sold out. We sold almost 10 000 bags of coffee in just over two weeks, which is incredible. I'm also a stickler for making coffee.
So we got a cure egg for anybody who wants to make coffee fast. Then we got the ninja coffee maker that i prefer and we have a third coffee maker on the other side of the house, which i'll show you shortly, because that one is kind of crazy. The wolf appliances also came included in the house, and i have to say this thing is incredible: i've never had anything with red knobs before and even though macy does most of the cooking. I could certainly appreciate the craftsmanship and then over here we have the bane of my existence.
Instead of having the candy walls like some of these mega mansions have we got the budget version of that with candy jars? Oh, please can i have one? No five cents. You could take one after that. We have one of my favorite designs in the entire house before this is just a completely open space, and then we decided to paint the wall black, to accent the room, along with a huge custom neon sign to smash the like button for the youtube algorithm below That, though, i got a mario piece of art that i purchased from an art dealer who was moving out of the state and needed to go and sell everything, and he offered this to me at such a good price that i couldn't turn it down. Next to it, though, we got a bar cart that was just recently brought over from the educated bar fly as a housewarming gift, and he brought over everything that we would need to make some really delicious mixed iced coffees, oh and the dave ramsey cutout was given To us by a subscriber - and he just constantly moves around the house and says new things, fun story, but this was actually posted on a clip's channel from an instagram story and dave ramsey actually commented on it. So dave ramsey, i'm honored that you're in the house and you can come and stay anytime. Finally, for the dining area, we got this really cool industrial wooden table, topped off with a bowl centerpiece from costco. Then speaking of alcohol, that we don't drink meet kevin was kind enough to give me a tesla tequila as a birthday present, because he knows how much i like tesla and now we got the large living room over here again. Here's what it used to look like before we moved in and after a lot of work, here's what it looks like today now, on the far end, we got the grand piano.
I mentioned this before in a previous video, but this is something i have always wanted because ever since growing up as a kid, my mom had an upright piano passed down from family and i would play it all the time i don't talk about it too often, But i really enjoy playing the piano, and this is something i'd like to try to make some more time for then, behind that we have this entire wall painted black as an accent. I understand that this is not everyone's taste, but i really wanted to make a bold statement, and this entire wall was just a blank canvas to do something outrageous on. So we built this huge centerpiece out of three by three foot frames, with the youtube play button right in the middle now. This is really one of those things where, if you don't know youtube, this just looks like a cool design, but if you are into youtube, then you get it plus doing.
This was not expensive at all. They're, just normal three by three foot glass frames: a quick computer mock-up printed out on glossy paper, and that's it now. Next to the piano, it's really hard not to notice these two enormous bottles of ace of spades which, by the way, this has the same retail value as a car. Both of these were given to me by a close friend, anthony's garage as a housewarming gift.
The champagne has definitely gone bad by now and there's no way it's safe to drink, but honestly i enjoy having it here, and this bottle is pretty much like a work of art. Next, to that, we have an almost 90 inch tv which looks almost like a normal sized tv compared to how big of a wall it's mounted to. But we tend to use this anytime. We have guests over and we're watching a pokemon unboxing or a boxing match, or basically anytime, logan paul does something we watch it here on the tv.
I've never had a house before that was big enough to actually entertain people. So it's been so nice to be able to invite people over and then i never have to leave the house and then finally, we got a fireplace below that with led lights to change colors in the summer. This is definitely not something that we use, because it pulls heat from the flames and then pumps it out through the vents at the top, but when it's colder outside and not 115 degrees, it's something we like to use often, but before we leave the living room. It's hard not to ignore this bright orange couch. This is something i never imagined would work in a room like this, but once we started looking through design ideas, the orange couch came into discussion and we thought it was crazy enough to actually work. It's just a fun playful vibe, the couch is insanely comfortable, and it reminds me of that 90s nickelodeon couch that i used to watch when i was younger. We also went with a more eclectic rug underneath with a circular coffee table and accent chair overall. I think it ties the room together extremely nicely, and this is a fun place to hang out on the weekends, but before we go into the other bedrooms, we got this bonus room right here.
Here's what it looked like before and then more recently, it now looks like this now. What's really cool about this is that this is a murphy bed, so we could pull it down as needed and then, during any other time, macy could use this as her office. We're also in the process right now, of installing a door across this wall, so we can close it off as needed instead of using a green screen to temporarily close it off. Then, down this hallway, we have one of my all-time favorite pieces.
It's an uncut fossil sheet of hollow pokemon cards. These sheets came from a kb toys giveaway in 1999 and i'm not sure how many of these were given out, but this one came in near perfect condition and every single time i walk by it. It's just really cool to look at now across from that we got the typical guest bathroom with limestone accent wall in the back, which then connects to a mud room that leads to the two-car garage. I think this is slowly turning into another aquarium room, because we've installed a reverse osmosis unit that filters water into a 90 gallon reservoir and then into a 40 gallon rubber main container for water changes and then on this side.
We have this really cool, futuristic contraption made specifically for amazon boxes and it notifies you when there's a package open it up and uh. Oh look at this. We got meal replacements with huel and then, as we walk towards the other side of the house, we got the main bedroom over here on the left. We have two walk-in closets with barn doors that close them off, and then we have an oversized bathroom.
That's just insanely big, like here's, what it used to look like before the home was completed, and now everything is completely finished, including blackout, curtains, which we didn't have before now. In my previous video i mentioned that this is such a terrible design because it ends up splashing water everywhere and by the time the water actually hits you it's kind of cooled off. Well, i did some research and, as it turns out, you can manually override the water heater and turn the heat all the way up to 140 degrees, and that's what i did then to go over the rest of the bathroom. We have two sinks with marble: countertops a full-sized mirror and then on this side we got an enormous bathtub that our lovely neighbors can look right into and then, as you walk into the bedroom itself, you'll notice that we did a brick veneer against the back wall. That might look kind of familiar because it's the exact same brick veneer that i used in my los angeles studio and it's the exact same brick veneer that you're about to see in the garage. Anyway, we got a queen-size bed with two floor-to-ceiling nightstands on either end. We got a full-size dresser that runs the length of the wall and we got a tv that happens to look disproportionately small for the wall. Then, as we continue down the hallway, we got the laundry room now.
Here's the thing the laundry room was way too big. It was like the size of a small bedroom and we didn't do enough laundry to justify all of this space so instead, when we hired alex to come and help on the channel, he wanted to use this as his office so come on in we uh dual Purpose the space hey, what you working on videos, which video so i got the setup here - got the uh custom, jack subby mousepad. I made myself here got a mic for voiceovers, just a few things to edit videos, and i keep all my equipment here. On the other side, then, on this side we have jack's editing room where he finishes all the videos for the second channel.
The graham stefan show - and this is what it looks like now - what are you doing - jack uh working i'm what bye? This is still a work in progress, but within about two months, all of this should be finished and used exclusively for our podcast, the iced coffee hour. We got a handmade wooden table being delivered in the next few weeks. It's going to be coming out from this wall right here with some art right above it and then maybe some other trinkets on either side to add to the shot. Now you also might notice the ceiling that was a failed attempt to use spray adhesive to glue foam padding for sound deadening and within a few days they all started dropping off one by one and then across from that we got jack's room.
Here's what it used to look like before and now here's what it looks like today and then finally, we got the brand new finished office. Here's what it looks like before we closed on the house and now here's what it looks like today. Now, as you walk in you're gon na notice, a third coffee maker, compliments of tara cafe - and i got ta say this. One is absolutely incredible: you pour the beans in from the top you press a button, and within seconds of fresh coffee is made and below that you might notice something familiar.
It's the mini amazon refrigerator that we used to use in the kitchen. I just threw it down here and macy filled it up with some coffee, creamer and flavored waters, for when i don't want to walk to the kitchen, then from there we have a couch that i'm able to do most of my editing on, and it also doubles As the podcast studio for the yes coffee hour, i then accented that with an aviation drawer to match the desk, along with the cheap light off amazon that you just touched to turn off and on. I also bought several of these spotlights from amazon and placed them around the room so that way on camera. It gives a little bit more depth. We also have these really thick soundproof curtains throughout the entire room, to block out any of the echo and completely block out the light, so that, when all of these are closed up you're pretty much in complete silence, then, on this side of the wall, we got The whole desk set up with the light, the dinosaur skull and the posters in the back. I'm really happy to have more space than my previous spot in la and it's so nice to be able to work and edit and film all in the same room. And finally, we got the one car garage in the back. I had the same brick veneer installed throughout the entire back wall, and then i placed more of these spotlights behind the car so that when you turn them on, it helps accentuate the space.
In my previous video, i talked about really wanting a 4gt, and lo and behold we made it happen. This is a 2005 ford gt with 7 500 miles all four options and to me this is like a work of art on wheels. I wanted to make this as much of a centerpiece as possible, so i installed a few pictures of the original gt40 le mans race in the 1960s and hung some edison lights above to add a little bit more light to the space and really highlight this car. As a background and lastly, we got the backyard.
This was in a constant state of construction mess for the last six months, but here's what it looked like before and now here's what it looks like today now i will admit i did make a bit of a mistake when i picked out the materials for the Pool i thought the gray tile was supposed to be around the pool, which would then match the flooring in the living room and then the white marble would be for the inlays, but either they switched them by mistake, or i picked the wrong combination of the two And they ended up being opposite of what i thought you pretty much have to wear sunglasses anytime you're outside, but on the bright side. Pun intended at least the white doesn't get too hot in the heat, and you can actually kind of stand out here. So there is that this also has a waterfall feature that brings out water from the top and then right below. That is a fire pit that we just turned on for the first time, the other night, and this is what it looks like then at night we've got these really cool, spotlights that automatically turn on and that illuminates the entire backyard while creating such a cool atmosphere.
In the middle of the desert, and then on this side we got a jacuzzi, more seating and a faux grass finish for bailey to uh go to the bathroom on now. I didn't really realize how much direct sunlight this entire backyard gets. So i'm working on building a canopy over here to give us some sort of shade, because i got ta say like after one or two pm, this entire backyard gets so hot and it's pretty much reusable with no shade. So this is the next thing: we're working on these doors, also open up all the way. So it's perfect if you want to get a ton of indoor outdoor space, but you know what it's so hot outside i'm going to keep this close. So that is the final house. Tour and all that's left to be finished is the podcast room. So if you want to see what that looks like over the next few months, as that gets done, go and add the iced coffee hour, podcast on youtube and also feel free to add these, the family vlog channel, we post a lot of behind the scenes content There, the link is going to be down below in the description.

Kelly Stamps came over to your house?
Beautiful house , i love your channel .
The longest advert ive ever watched
We're watching a video of a guy that has bought a home with funds he made by us watching his video's of him buying a home, what a crazy funny world..
The abject scale prudently relax because philippines invariably tumble notwithstanding a wakeful jasmine. odd, proud temperature
This looks amazing! Good job. Definitely can't wait to experience this
Nice home. Too bad all that money with no yard and blah scenery. Beautiful though. Congratulations!
I could never live in Las Vegas, too much desert.
Lol iβm from vegas and yeah itβs def hot outside π
Why am I having a feeling that Graham is selling me his apartment..π€
Given such large rooms and heat in Nevada, how do you manage cooling the house?
this house is bitchin "joe west"
I really like the Murphy bed. Where is it from?
I wonβt say where it is but man I know where you are at and itβs INSANE how those houses off the street leading yo the gate have popped up this last year.
My family across that neighborhood and I house/dog sit- when I do I frequently walk him at the park and in the neighborhoods surrounding. Itβs a nice quiet area, I actually really like the single family homes in that area as theyβre just a little more unique compared to the typical cookie cutter homes you see here here.
As a 20+ year resident have a love/hate relationship with the growth of the city. Itβs been rough in that, under normal circumstances, I look like a perfect candidate to purchase a home on paper/my finances are in order, and Iβm in a place in life where I feel ready to stay in one place- but Iβve been completely priced out of the market since itβs almost doubled in two years here and Iβm not looking to be house poor π©
Welcome to Nevadaβ¦.. Weβre neighbors, Iβm down the hill from youβ¦.. Hope to see you aroundβ¦ πππ
Heβs like a kid that got to decorate his parents home π€£
Graham looks even smaller in this house but is just the effect of the houseπ . even a 94inch TV looks really small. I know meet kevin was a SCAM. I wonder how many persons need to clean this house.
Nice! Summerlin or Henderson? π (I'm out at Lake Las Vegas)
Looks like a warehouse with paint
Looks like a 600K house on the gulf coast of FL. (actually worse) Glad I saved a few million bucks to not be enticed to move to the desert by YouTube influencers.
"absolutely" count is at 52
Haha glad youβre back in Cali the greatest state on earth even with the trash, high taxes and high gas prices
What area of Vegas is this henderson?
The scale is ridiculous…so American.
You should take down the wall in the back. Your view will be sick!
Next video: how I got my new house for $5
Too masculine. It's been nice to have a mix of both. I don't see her
I hate garages that do not line up with the driveway, pita to park
I would rather be poor than live in Nevada (no offense to Nevada natives)
How has the heat been in Las Vegas ?
Congrats on the new home. Beautiful. Love the aquarium π very nice touch
queen size bed and micro tv in the master seems just wrong with everything going on here
Well at least I have a nicer piano! π A Steinway!
