Idk it seems like hindsight more than arrogance, the flood and increase in value happened a few months after you cancelled.
1.5 years ago I ALSO REGRET ONE PROPERTY I COULDN'T BUY. IT WAS THE FKN BROKERS FAULT. The condo was 220k and my accepted offer was 190K. Now in 2018 the property is worth 300K
