BNGO is about to explode to $15 as they have Just Announced a HUGE Stock Offering. In this video I recap on their stock offering and give my thoughts and my BNGO stock price prediction for the future.
The BNGO stock recently gained a lot of attention, going from around 50c a share, rapidly up to $7 a share before falling to around $4-5 a share.
BNGO have just announced a new share offering of 29 million shares at around $3 a share, providing nearly $90m in cash inflows to Bionano Genomics.
BNGO will likely use this cash to expand their product offering and get their name out there, expanding further overseas and marketing their products and services more.
BNGO is in a good position financially, meaning the BNGO stock is primed for a rapid uplift, over the $8 mark, to $15 in the future.
The stock price fell post announcement, just like most stocks do after the announcement of a share issue, as it can be taken as a sign of weakness, but the stock price almost always recovers quickly.

But isn’t all this going to dilute the share price ??
simple question from an investment banker: how did you come up with the figure "$15"? You said that you "think these announcements could push the stock to $8 dollars in short/immediate term then to $15." Fine, there are catalysts, but from a financial and numerical analysis standpoint, how did you come up with $15? did you base it on a forward PE multiple for example? P/S? used comparable peer analysis? DCF? A percentage of market size – if so, what is that market share? Technical analysis? You just went through their news highlights/ company developments and financial statements but did not link it directly to the $15 you were talking about. Your review of BNGO doesn't objectively answer the question of $15. Why not $20? $25? $12.5? $10? Whether the share price reaches there or not, what were the highlights of your (financial) analysis that got you to the number $15?
Not issuing too many shares? This dilution was huge, like 20-30% of the company. What are you talking about? Plus, the share price was weak because the accredited investors who were allocated the shares at $3.05 were dumping them on the open market at $4+. That’s why it was weak.

My man, I don't want to come off here as sounding like a cock. I'm sure you know much more than I about stock and shares in general. However a few corrections. The price has already bounced back and surpassed the opening price on the day previous close at 5.06 in after market. The symposium is also for the entire week not just a day. Other than that well polished video keep it up.
