Great video where did he get his stats to be able to share them under our videos that we make
Thanks for sharing! I couldn’t find a survey with those numbers. Can you by chance link them?
this content is free. wow
Majority of agents do not have proper financial education, business education, sales training, communication or marketing expertise to make sense out of basic news to contextualize it. How in the world would they understand how to do this right? LOL
Some dangerous statements here. Ppl need to learn to think for themselves. Whenever people predicts the market without paying attention to the micro and macro are sheep to this message. Watch the changes of market pricing and the debt the government is buying to “slow” down the free fall.
Great speaker!
Awesome video!. Thanks for sharing
I would worry about the bond market not housing much. The Fed is going to cut rates eventually by about .5 point eventually. That might be a cure to that problem. The real problem is the trade war right now. The faster that gets done the faster the market can bounce back from an accelerated recession. Their is enough equity in homes in America vs money owed. and the affects of a recession will come not from the housing side but another field in the market like US treasury bonds. Eventually we will have another then another but nothing like the 2008 meltdown. This is just my personal take on this and everybody should do their homework going forward and pay close attention to the signs and act to benefit from this problem. People like Warren Buffett have largely benefited from this strategy. I'm going to do the same!
