$42k and how will they pay for marketing? Yous are wasting a lot of time and money if your creating marketing material for listings. The house and the list price sells the house, especially in this sellers market. Please stop trying to make things more extravagant than they need to be. ? When you are doing listing appointment, if seller what’s to buy a new home to move in. Do you talked to them if becoming there buyers agent the same day or make another appointment?

The worst part of real estate are the arrogant agents. Brokers want you in the office to get to know other agents? Why? They don’t want to help you, they don’t speak and act superior. I have read things agents write and heard them speak- absolutely no reason for the arrogance.
I went back to watch this again after attending Tom X Success Summit today.
