I am confused and in need of a quick coaching tip:
my goal for 2017 is 50 transactions (I have had that same goal for the last 3 years and can never attain it!), so by having 2500 conversations a year I should be on target to reach my goal of 50. Looking at my numbers (yes, I do track them!) I am at 7077 contacts for 37 transactions year to date!!!
For me the thought of having 11-12 conversations a day to get to my goal of 50 seems like a pleasant walk in the park.
What am I doing wrong?
I prospect daily and make 25-35 contacts a day but my ratio is 177 contacts to a listing taken!
I have been 12 years in the business…

I had a license when I was around 21 was never used and of course expired. Now several jobs and years later, I am still yearning to become a real estate agent. I lost my teaching job and my husband now happily supports our family. I'm diving into it again hoping for success. Really need your videos.

hey tom how are you? i just wanted to say im finally going to make the jump into real estate, im currently 21 so im very scared gettin into the industry being so young. however ive got the money around for a real estate license/class. Ive been putting this off out of fear of failure but i gotta say your videos definitely have put my mind at ease a little. makes me feel like maybe i can get out there n do this. thanks man!
