ah thank you ! i have $346.8k in my bank account from working two years . ( my cousin pays rent) and i wanna finish working so i can buy a house and its kinda cheap around where i live 200k for 5rooms 3baths, 300k 6rooms 4baths.
and ofc im letting my cousin move in with me because they were paying for rent . but i still wanna have some money left over because i obviously have to pay for bills groceries etc . and its expensive. including a car .

This sucks, I make an average of $50K a month in the stock market but can't get a home loan because I don't have a "job" I already own a home but I wanted to get into real estate investing and not tie up all of my money by paying cash for a property.
