I distinctly remember in an older video you said you already owned a pretty nice home. It was the one where you were being emo and talking about how if you day trade from home, you'll have to be in the same environment that you may have lost in, and that its not "fun".
I prefer to deposit more money into my live Forex broker account and take my first TP from your signal its more secured for me, Because am a truck driver going from state to state in USA, I even install a program on my MT4 called auto TP and SL Maker, inside my VPS account when I receive a signal from mrs tracy cool I only excute the order, and then on my VPS automatically set on TP1 to 20pips, if I was at home then I will move the SL to target Tp2 or Tp3 etc

There is a looming homeless situation due to the pandemic and massive unemployment. I know you want to rent it out ASAP but make your requirements strict and require credit history check as well as 2-3 months deposit vs the standard 1 month. My previous renter skipped out on 6 months rent and used the no-eviction protection law to their advantage. Responsible and reliable renters generally have no problem w a large deposit bc they want it back
