I use robinhood to trade but can I open up a TD ameritrade account just to look at the charts and graph ? Will I get charged if I don’t trade in it I just need it for the graphs

SUPPORT/RESISTANCE: 14.5/18.8
DESIRED ENTRY/ SELL POINT: 15/18
WHY IT HAS POTENTIAL: 14.5 acted as resistance multiple times in 2017, turned into support in 2018. currently trading at $15 and bounced off 14.5. very consistent pattern and huge upwards potential!
