These cameras are incredibly easy to use and since they scan in 360-degrees, you don't even have to point the camera. The Matterport software makes uploading a breeze and with less than an hour of work you can have a 3D, 360-degree virtual tour of most homes or properties. I've used this technology since 2017 in all of my real estate investments, property management work, and sales. Not only is it extremely helpful for selling property, but it always allows me to measure my properties and create flat 3D floor plans. I also love that I can document the property's condition right before tenant move in for security deposit purposes.

3 years ago I watched this video and it changed my life. Within 2 months after watching, I quit my job and went ALL-IN! Within 3 years, I created the largest real estate company in my area. Don't just watch & dream, watch and TAKE ACTION! I should mention, the first year I didn't make 100k however I made well above that my 2nd year and doubled this year.

It’s like last decade when every YouTube photographer was teaching you how to take and how to edit photos.
Photography business was already declining and its almost dead now with the AI.
The photographer back than didn’t have enough projects and plenty of time so they switched to teaching everybody else and getting the money from there with professionally made videos, which takes tons of time. In every little village there is a established photographer, good luck competing 🙏🏻

You said your price covers some of the hosting fee, but if hosting few is just a 5$ per house, and it's monthly recurring few, then in 1 year that hosting few will eat 60$ or in 3 years you will be in loss?
