How to Lead a Real Estate Team in the Shifting Market
The market is shifting. “Recession” talk is everywhere you look. But the question is, what can you do to turn this obstacle into an opportunity for your real estate team? It starts with being the “play-caller” that your agents trust.
Stephanie Younger has seen a few market shifts over the last 20 years, and during each one she’s continued to refine her playbook while expanding her team. I sat down with Stephanie to discuss what it takes to be a great leader in today’s market, the conversations you need to be having with your agents, and the conversations they need to be having with their clients.
Watch this episode a few times until you have Stephanie’s scripts memorized. And if you like what she has to say, make sure to join us at next month’s Success Summit, where you’ll get Stephanie’s full “Lead Generation Playbook” for open houses, featuring her signature scripts and checklists which make the difference every time.
There are still virtual and in-person tickets available, so don’t miss this opportunity!

Door knocking, cold calling, spamming, scripts, etc. aren't for everyone. There are plenty of ways to succeed in this industry with other strategies. Those might be required to be successful on her team, but not in real estate in general. Sometimes I think these come across as too, "my way is the only way."

l don't think people know the opportunity they have right now. Crypto market and other markets are lower ln price rather than lncreasing ln price . Just buy the small shattered pieces that were left behind and sooner or later your portfolio value will lncrease,l lntroduce my FA Angela Mae Mcclain, she ls a pro when lt come to trading

As long as real estate is seen as an "investment" the housing situation will never be solved. It's another cog in the wheel of making money. The only hope you have is to save and wait for the bubble to burst again and then vote to have wherever you bought the house to be rezoned for multifamily, only then can we solve the housing problem.

Irrespective of the economic depression, I still thank you for the level headed financial advice. I started trading and investment with $4,300 and since following you for few weeks now. I've gotten $19,700 in my portfolio. Thanks Jane Harvey🇱🇷.

What is the magic part of physically being in the office every day? So how is it different from being in your home office? Our owner said its good to be there too, but he didn’t have a response as to why its such a great thing.
