What a lot of Traders don't understand is that the market is cyclical. We have hot cycles and we have cold. Cycles There's a problem with that though. The problem is that when you do really well because you're trading in a hot cycle, you think that it's going to last forever.

and when it cools off, you start getting desperate and you think oh my God all of that profit. Everything that was working it was just a fluke and now you go into the real panic mode. Here's the reality of trading. There are always going to be ups and Downs the hot periods feel like they're never going to get cold.

When it's cold, it feels like it's never going to get hot. But you'll always come back around because the market is cyclical and so what you need to do as a Trader to prepare yourself for these Cycles is remind yourself number one when it's hot to put aside some of that profit so it can Tide you over when the market inevitably cools off. that will help you weather the ups and downs.
