Amazing how much stays the same over the years. Did you ever get enough data on drops percentage?
Biggest take away 1)Texting response rate 95% within 5 mins 2) Load up your Youtube channel with lots of short videos 3) Get all your COI on your FB/IG acct 4) Make a monthly marketing plan 5) FB “look a like” groups
The concept of using all of these tools is sometimes hard to do. I like how you take the concept and make it easier and even recommend tools

I know this video is old but I wanted to know if I want 10% return on my database how much do you suggest I should spend on Facebook targeted advertising to my database. Is there an algorithm you use or see that works?

Great Video Tom…I'm looking to start this summer as a new agent. I have been putting together my database and find there are a lot of gaps of information. I looked at Intellius are there other mediums to help fill in your database either with address, phone, email, social Media without the background checks. Love your enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge

After 31 years in the business it's always good to get refreshed with one of your video's. The only thing I saw missing from your list of items was, creating an opportunity to meet face to face, coffee, lunch, at their kitchen table. I believe people still love the touchy, feely part of meeting face to face and really appreciate when it's done.
