actually a pretty decent idea. I had thought of it before but assumed everyone who tried to sell years ago and couldn't would have been contacted by their broker recently for the listing again. after watching this i took some time to look. to my surprise, most had not re-listed. I should not have under estimated the laziness of the common agent.
