sorry Mr, too many options to choose from, unrealistic also.
If my limit is 1000£ at the moment, how much should I spend monthly in % to more likely get an increase ?? that's the question most of the people are looking for when watching you're videos. SO FAR, I KNOW NOTHING. and watched all of them . Your response ?
It's interesting that you mention not using a credit card utilization that's too low. I've heard that 10% is the sweet spot as long as you pay it back in full multiple times a month as it would make you trustworthy.
Why do people suggest this?
Can you do a video on American Express Gold and platinum Sasha love your videos
Hey Sasha, if you a person opens a business bank account or sole trader bank account, does either affect a persons personal credit score / credit history?

Q:
Is it better to ask for a credit limit increase on the credit card you already have
Instead of applying for another credit card with a different bank?
Thanks for the video! Any risks in applying for a credit limit increase if you already have a relatively high one? Could they actually reduce it if they decline your increase request?
I've had a Capital One credit card with £200 limit for almost two years without an increase. I use it regularly but never more than 25% because the last time I did, it was marked as an adverse factor on my TransUnion credit profile. Could the low utilisation be the reason my credit limit has not increased?
Thank you for your super simple to understand explanations! Question : I have a Barclaycard Forward with a £50 credit limit opened in November , so in March I'm expecting a credit limit increase (I do small, regular transactions and pay the full amount by direct debit ). Today I accepted a £1000 overdraft on my Monzo account and it left a hard search on my credit report. Can it affect the decision of increasing the credit limit? And how does the overdraft correlate with the credit score?

Sound advice
hypertheticly if i had a credit limit of £100 for a month and then spend £100 of that credit limit but repay £99 after the statement is given to me like straight away and not wait until the statement closes that would make my utilization 1% right? but they would also see that I had used the maximum credit limit- would I better off using like £50 in a month and paying 49.50£ because I would be using 50% of the credit limit and still have a utilization of 1%- because I would only use 50% of the credit limit would that make me a less risky customer or does it not matter because in the end I would still have 1% utilization either way or does it have an unknown answer that the credit companies keep secret?
Very useful video, found great value in your videos. Have nearly watched all your videos (liked & subscribed ofcourse)I note you were saying 20% is a good balance to carry on the statement, what are your thoughts of lets say using 80% of credit limit throughout the month and then paying off the 70% days before the statement is produced. I was watching some other videos from others and picked up that 10% or below is the ideal utilization ratio to improve credit?
You would not believe how difficult it is to find the answers you have given here, mainly because every other video defaults to talking about methods for credit history. Really glad to finally have straight answers to methods for prepping for an increase from your lender!
