I owned a condo rental before and barely broke even. HOAs really do suck as well as surprise costs for something that needs repairs or updates. But when I sold I did very well since it was in Hawaii.

I don’t see how this was a fair solution, especially when only one person wanted the trees removed! Shouldn’t the original $89/MONTH already cover costs like that?! I would’ve sent a hitman to all the board members, but I guess that’s why you’re the millionaire Ricky.
