Nice, precise and I agree. One quibble, WB was not an investment banker (which is a sell side), but worked for an investment manger (buy side) (who happens to be the father of value investing discipline named be graham).

.My parents didn’t even start a savings account for me. I went to uni and managed to saved most of my student loans and grants whilst also working part time. I only have student loan debts no credit cards debt I make sure I pay those off in full every month. I could have paid back a lump sum but I use then lump sum I saved to purchase a flat after I graduated. I could house hack but I choose peace of mind as I prefer to have my own space and no one living with me. I know that the fear of significant loss is holding me back from making more aggressive investment decisions because I do not have a lot of support. I try to save over half my salary per month by being very frugal. I purchase stocks but I need to learn a bit more before I invest more aggressively. I love your videos Tom. I am IMPATIENT
