This just sounds like a fancy way of saying that she Wholesales luxury listings to investors. If she's not exposing the home to the largest pool of qualified buyers by listing on the MLS how is this any different than just selling contracts for the equivalent of a commission %? Is she disclosing to the sellers that they could potentially get more for their home by listing it on the MLS?

She said she is charging no commission, so who is paying her? How can she deliver on her promise to sell off-market? She did not explain this part at all. What was the massive value she is bringing?
How am I supposed to accomplish this if I don't have a Rolodex of investor buyers who are willing to pay my commission on an off Market listing? She said she broke into a new market but she did that with a client base of buyers who are ready willing and able to buy at that price point. Most agents don't have that in their back pocket.
