Incredible explanation
My goal is $25000 trades trying to get 3% per week. The fact you’re saying 1% per day is attainable makes me slightly more confident. $25000 trades earning 3% per week is exactly the same as what I am currently being paid at work. So if I can manage that consistently for a while I may be able to cut back hours at work. Not saying it’d happen but in case I get lucky.

Really informative, how about swing trades, what percentage is recommended if holding a trade for around 2 weeks?
its not hard, most or all stocks have a low point during the day and a high point, so imagine investing $3000 and your stock goes up 5% that day, thats $150.
penny stocks will easily drain your account but will also easily multiply it if you know which ones are hot and what a good price really is. I started a few months ago and have gone from $2.5k account value to 5 digits

Yeah, in the beginning earning 100 a day is not realistic. Not understanding how to run options, entering the market wrong, exiting wrong, getting caught in a reversal downtrend.
When you decide to try your hand at stock picking, its essential to do your homework. Your goal is to find a good value especially if you plan to hold on to an asset for a while.

Can someone with experience pls answer my question?
Why is it we always hear that you should be happy to make $50-100 on your first month of trading, yet im making around 700-1200 euros each week and I have only been studying and practicing forex daytrading for a little over two month. I make sure to only lose 60 euros if the trade goes against me, which it honestly rarely does. Im treating my demo account on the exact same way I would with a live, which means I dont take unnecessary risk, but I get out once I feel like its time and without greeding for more.

Most companies start in the pennies.. yes there’s trashy pump and dumps but if u do your research.. you could make good money
Or you can work hard and have a secured income based on your own skill.
