eyyyy u said u be shorting PACB if it goes to 17 or start to trend sideway at 15+ for pacb not convinced you shorted it.
Using puts to short:
Straight puts can work, at the money or in the money. In the money has more risk but less time decay.
Out of the money puts can work even better, but you need it to move further. You're taking less risk but it has to move further to get paid.
There's an exotic trade that I sometimes use called the put back-ratio spread. It's low risk when you first open the trade, but you need it to move far to get paid.
Awesome short ideas. I have one short on now, but need to get more on.
